China, s left-behind children Over the last few years, an increasing number of farmers go to city for work in the consequence of financial need, leaving their children fostered by their parents. The impacts of this situation where children are unsupervised are obvious. For instance, some youngsters use their silence to express their bitterness, resentment and anger for being made to live in this fashion. In the long run, they will have feelings of isolation and void. As a result, they may undermine their self-assurance, which is detrimental to their future development. Worst of all, it is their going on the road of crime that cause the most horrible result, which is connected with everyone.
The phenomenon of left-behind children is widespread in our society. It is a compelling situation which demands not only parents but also the whole society to take it into consideration and cope with it.From my point of view, our college students should take responsibility to contribute our own love to these children. Conversing with them is an advisable and effective way to help them. On the other hand, the government should improve the social security system so that children can go to city to live with their parents cheerfully. There is no doubt that social problems are hard to deal with after all, which asks for time and efforts. So, please be patient to wait and believe we can succeed eventually.。
