Braised noodles is a characteristic food in Henan . It has a glorious history. Zhengzhou is known as “braises city”.When people from other places come to Zhengzhou,they first think where to try tunnel's mutton braises . superior tender mutton, sheep bones boil together for five hours till they assume white . Then cook noodles with the deliciou white soup, with fine-shredded edible seaweed, bean curd strip, starch noodles, coriander, quail egg, trepang, squid and so on in it . Thus we get delicious and nutritious noodles.

Shaolin Temple ,located in China's Henan Province, Dengfeng Songshan, is the birthplace of Shaolin martial arts, because it is located in Songshan hinterland Shaoshi mountain under the thick jungle, so the name" Shaolin Temple".
Henan is one of the most important railway hubs(枢纽 ) in China, with its capital Zhengzhou as the the largest junction(交叉点) in China 。Four trunk railway lines ， JINGGUANG line ,LONGHAI line,JINGJIU line and JIAOLIU line run across the province . Zhengzhou North Railway Station is the largest marshalling(编组) yard in Asia. Its capacity of handling freight is admirable, and its marshalling methods are of world level.
