正极板浸渍工艺全程PLC 电子编程控制，保证每一块极板浸渍时间均衡一致，使得蓄电池质量更统一。
蓄电池内循环式内化成工艺避免环境污染同时还大大减小了因为化成带来的蓄电池间的接受充电电流大小的差异。
先进的装配工艺保证了正负极板处于相对平行状态。
正极板：采用特殊导电的低锑合金压铸成型，具有更好的耐腐蚀性。
纯铅粉灌注均匀环保，保证了适度的灌粉密实度，增强了电池性能的稳定性和安全性。
负极板：采用特殊砂型膏体配方，国外先进合膏工艺及设备保证了涂实密度适中均衡，提高了活性物质利用率，从而在更长时间内实现持久的电池性能。
膏体中的特有助剂进一步加强了电化学性能，增加了电池的容量。
隔板：采用世界知名公司的工业电池专用PE 筒形隔板，保证电解液通道的持久通畅，有效防止正负极之间发生铅绒短路，最大程度减少放电瞬间产生的电解液浓度差，使蓄电池反复充放电也能维持卓越的耐久性能。
电解液：在保证电池容量的前提下使用较低的密度，有利于电子在极板间的迁移，电池升温小，失水慢，寿命更长。
Standardized production management by ISO9001 quality management system throughout the process to ensure each battery has stable quality.Dipping process of positive plate is controlled by PLC electronic program throughout the process to ensure dipping time of each plate is the same and battery quality is unified.Internal-circulation inner formation of battery not only avoids environmental pollution but also significantly reduces battery differences caused by inner formation.The advanced assembly technology ensures parallel assembly of positive and negative plate and reduces differences between batteries.Positive plate: adopts die-cast moulding by special conductive low antimony alloy, and has higher corrosion resistance. Lead powder is well-distributed and environmental friendly, which ensures moderate powder density and enhances performance stability and safety of battery.problems will be seriously taken are solved to the customers’ satisfaction.Negative plate: adopts special sand mould cream formula, abroad advanced cream-mixing process and equipment ensure moderate and balanced density, enhance use ratio of active material, so as to maintain battery performance for a long time. Partition: industrial battery dedicated PE cylindric partition manufactured by world well-known company, maintains long-lasting free movement of electrolyte, prevent spongy lead short circuit between positive and negative poles, reduce electrolyte concentration difference generated by discharging moment to the largest extent, make battery charge and discharge repeatedly to maintain outstanding endurance quality. Electrolyte: adopt lower density under condition of ensuring battery capacity, which is favorable for electron moving among pole plate.
