锅炉补给水的处理首先要对所得数据进行分析校核,在校核不存在问题后,然后进行一系列的计算。
其中水质校核是根据一些公式,通过数据的整理和计算得出校核结果。
锅炉补给水处理系统设计包括两个方面,一是合理的选择水处理工艺设备,二是进行设备的工艺设计计算。
选择锅炉补给水处理系统时应当根据机组的参数、锅炉蒸汽参数、减温方式、原水水质等因素,并综合考虑技术和经济两方面因素对水处理系统进行综合比较,选择既能满足热力设备对水质的要求,而且在经济上又很合理的水处理系统。
本设计最后选定混凝—澄清—过滤—一级复床除盐—混床系统。
其中计算包括:热力设备补给水量计算、水处理系统设备的选择、(主要包括离子交换系统的选择、床型选择和树脂选择、)预处理系统的选择、补给水处理系统工艺计算、混床的计算、阴床的计算、除碳器的计算、阳床的计算、滤池以及澄清池的计算。
在计算的过程中应该严格按照行业标准选择合适的数据。
然后与所得到的结果进行比对、校核与计算。
锅炉补给水系统是一个连续的系统,每一步的计算是在上一步的基础上进行的,每一部分的选择都必须考虑后续系统(设备)对其出水水质的要求及自身进水水质的要求。
最后根据所选的设备及参数画出相应的工艺流程图。
Abstract:Boiler make-up water is one of the important auxiliary power plant safe operation of the system, make-up water quality directly affects the smooth and reliable operation. The boiler make-up water treatment first to analyze the data from checking, after checking there is no problem, then a series of calculation. Water quality checking of them, according to some formula calculated through data sorting and checking the result. Boiler make-up water treatment system design includes two aspects, one is the choice of reasonable water treatment equipment, it is to process design and calculation of the equipment. This design finally selected coagulation, clarification, filtration, bed desalination - mixed bed system level. Calculation include: heat equipment supply water quantity calculation, the selection of water treatment system equipment, (mainly including the selection of ion exchange system, bed type selection and choice of resin,) the selection of pretreatment system, the make-up water treatment system process calculation, calculation of the mixed bed, Yin bed of calculation, the calculation of carbon removal device, calculation of Yang bed, filter, and the calculation of settling pond. In the process of calculation should be strictly in accordance with industry standards to choose the appropriate data. Then with the result of the comparison, checking and calculation.
