甲方必须依照合同规定选用原材料，并接受乙方检验。
甲方隐瞒原材料的缺陷或者用不符合合同规定的原材料而影响定做质量时，乙方有权要求重作、修理、减少价款或退货。
Where manufacture by party A’s provision of raw material, party A should, in accordance with the stipulation of this contract and through test and check of party B, select and use raw material. Provided that if party A conceal the defects of material or use the nonconforming material by which the processed product’s quality being effected, party B is entitle to require party A redo, repair, reduce price or refuse delivery of product.2. 用乙方原材料完成工作的。
双方应当明确规定原材料的消耗定额。
乙方应按合同规定的时间、数量、质量、规格提供原材料，甲方对乙方提供的原材料要按合同规定及时检验，不符合要求的，应立即通知乙方调换或补齐。
甲方对乙方提供的原材料不得擅自更换，对修理的物品不得偷换零部件。
Where manufacture by party B’s provision of raw material, the consumption of th e same should be specifically agreed or stipulated by parties hereto. Party B should, pursuant to the time limited, amount, quality and specification stipulated herein, provide raw material to party A and party A should, without any undue delay, make check and inspection to the raw material provided by party B, if, find any nonconformance of material, inform forthwith party B to make replacement or complement thereof. Party A shall not any way change or replace the raw material which provided by party B without authorization, not shall surreptitiously change the components and parts of the repaired article.3. 交(提)原材料等物品日期计算，参照第七条规定执行。
The calculation of date and period of provision of raw material shall be by reference to the stipulations of Article Seven.第四条技术资料、图纸提供办法 Article Four Provision of Technical Data and Drawing1.甲方在依照乙方的要求进行工作期间，发现提供的图纸或技术要求不合理，应当及时通知乙方；乙方应当在规定的时间内回复，提出修改意见。
甲方在规定的时间内未得到答复，有权停止工作，并及时通知乙方，因此造成的损失，由乙方赔偿。
Provided that party A, in the period of working pursuant to the requirement of party B, find drawing or technical requirement submitted by party B are unreasonable, should in time inform party B with the same and party B should reply within the prescribed time and propose amendments thereon. Where fail to reply by party B, party A has right to suspend its work and notify party B in reasonable time, any loss arising out of or relation to the failure of reply shall be born by party B.2. 甲方对于委托的工作应当严格遵守保密约定，未经乙方许可不得留存技术资料的复制品。
Party A should keep the commission confidential in strict by the Nondisclosure Agreement, shall not hold copy of technical material without party B’s prior consent.3.乙方应当按规定日期提供技术资料、图纸等。
Party B should, within the prescribed day provide technical material, drawings and so on.第五条价款或酬金Article Five Price or Remuneration价款或酬金，按照国家或主管部门的规定执行，没有规定的由当事人双方商定。
Price or remuneration shall be implemented on the reference of state or competent authority, if, without such price, shall be decided by negotiation of parties hereto.第六条验收标准和方法 Article Six Standard and Ways of Acceptance1.按照合同规定的质量要求、图纸和样品作为验收标准。
The acceptance standard shall subject to the technical requirement, drawing and sample stipulated herein.2.乙方应当按合同规定的期限验收甲方所完成的工作。
验收前甲方应当向乙方提交必需的技术资料和有关质量证明。
对短期检验难以发现质量缺陷的定做物或项目，应当由双方协商，在合同中规定保证期限。
保证期限内发生问题，除乙方使用、保管不当等原因而造成质量问题的以外，由甲方负责修复或退换。
Party B should within the time limited pursuant to this contract make check or acceptance of the commissioned work which accomplished by party A and party A should, prior to the check or acceptance, submit party B with necessary technical material or concerned quality certificate. In respect to the ordered article or item which being difficult to find its defects within the short time’s check or test, should be under negotiation by parties hereto and stipulate the warranty period in contract. Where any problem or trouble occurred within warranty period except to the quality problem arising out of or relation to the improper use or storage of party B, party A shall be responsible for repairing or exchange the ordered purchase.3.当事人双方对委托的定做物和项目质量在检验中发生争议时，可由法定质量监督检验机构提供检验证明。
