(vii) Full Circle Releasing Spear: One (1) each for hand ling 5”, 5.1/2”, 7”, 9.5/8” & 13.3/8” casing. The spear should be complete with all accessories including the guide. Suitable cross-over sub for connecting the same to tubing & / or drill pipe string should be provided.全圆形可退打捞矛：对于打捞5”, 5.1/2”, 7”, 9.5/8”& 13.3/8”的套管每种尺寸各一个；打捞矛带所有所需的附件包括引鞋，并提供合适的变径接头用于连接油管或者钻杆。
e) Super Fishing Jar : Straight pull, capable of transmitting full torque in either direction, ability to deliver rapid series of blows when desired, easy closing or resetting, complete with circulation hole & cone type piston assembly of the following sizes:超级震击器：直拉式，能够全方位传递扭矩，能进行快速系列震击，易于关闭或重置，配循环孔和锥形活塞组合，配备尺寸如下：i) OD=7.3/4” and ID=3.1/16”, 6.5/8 API Reg RH top sub box connection & bottom pin connection, - One (1) No.外径=7.3/4” 和内径=3.1/16”, 6.5/8 API REG RH上体母扣&下体公扣连接，一个。
ii) OD=6.1/4” and ID=2.1/4”, NC 50 (4.1/2 API IF) RH top sub box connection & bottom pin connection, - One (1) No.外径=6.1/4”内径=2.1/4”, NC 50 (4.1/2 API IF) RH上体母扣&下体公扣连接，一个。
iii) OD=4.3/4” and ID=2”, NC 38 (3.1/2 API IF) RH top sub box connection & bottom pin connection, - One (1) No.外径=4.3/4” 和内径=2”, NC 38 (3.1/2 API IF) RH上体母扣&下体公扣连接，一个。
(J) CASING SCRAPPER / ROTOVERT: One (1) No. each casing scrapper / rotovert for casing size of 5” OD (15ppf), 5.1/2” OD (20 PPF), 7” (29ppf) & 9.5/8” (47ppf) complete with suitable cross-over sub for connecting the same to tubing & / or drill pipe string.套管刮削器：用于5” OD (15ppf), 5.1/2” OD (20 PPF), 7” (29ppf) & 9.5/8” (47ppf)的套管，各一个，配合适的变径接头用于连接油管和或钻杆柱。
(K) FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM: 消防系统Contractor shall provide suitable Fire Fighting equipments as required for oil well drilling as per the provisions of OISD STD 189 & Mines Act of India.承包商按照印度OISD STD 189 & 矿业法提供井场所需的必要的消防设备。
Contractor shall provide One (1) no. of Trailer mounted Engine driven fire pump having minimum discharge of 1800 L/min at 7 kg/cm2 along with two nos. of storage tanks each having 53 KL capacity and 3 nos. of monitors and 2 nos. hydrant for fire emergencies with all accessories (suction hose, delivery hose, nozzle, tools etc.) to be provided by Contractor at Well-site along with personnel having firefighting training and certificate.提供一个拖车式发动机用以驱动消防泵，最小排量7 kg/cm 时21800 L/min ，配带两个53 KL存储罐和三个监视器、2个应急消防栓并带所需附件（进水软管、输送软管、喷头、工具等），以上有承包商提供并配备经专业培训和有资质证书的消防人员。
Contractor shall provide portable fire extinguishers which should be located at convenient locations,clearly visible and easily accessible.承包商提供便携式灭火器，位于便捷的位置，清晰可见方便取用。
The contractor shall comply with any / all other regulation(s) of OISD (India) & DGMS (India) that comes into effect from time to time in this regard. Regular fire drills should be conducted. Mock fire drill should be conducted at least once in a month & records of all such drills should be maintained properly.承包商应遵守OISD (India) & DGMS (India)其他新生效的法规。
井场进行消防演练。
至少每个月举行一次模拟消防演练并做相应的记录。
The above is a mandatory requirement for fire fighting purposes. In case of nonconformance company reserves the right to stop further operations till the time the above mentioned standard is met.以上是强制性的要求，如发现不遵守上述规定有权叫停作业，知道满足上述要求为止。
(L) TRANSPORTATION SERVICES 运输a. OIL’S RESPONSIBILITY石油印度有限公司的责任i. Transportation of Company’s person nel and materials/Equipment (those not attached with the rig) will be Company’s responsibility. Contractor will however be responsible for providing all facilities including use of their crane and personnel for unloading/loading and proper stacking/storing of Company’s materials at drilling site.运输非属于钻机的设备和公司的人员等由公司承担。
承包商负责在井场运用吊车等装卸、堆砌/存储公司的材料。
ii. Chemicals required for preparation of mud and completion fluid shall be supplied by OIL through third party Contactor. Also, well consumables like casing, tubing, well head, drill bits, etc. shall be supplied by OIL.泥浆药品和完井液由OIL指定的第三方提供，消耗品如套管、油管、井口装置、钻头等也由OIL供应。
b. CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITY承包商的责任i) Transportation of Contractor’s personnel & their materials from campsite to drill site and between drilling sites shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. All vehicles deployed for this purpose should be in prime condition.运输其人员和物料到井场和在井场间移运由承包商负责，并提供上述目的的车辆。
ii) All requirements of transport fleet including but not limited to crane(s), trailer(s), truck(s), etc. during rig up/rig down, during various operations & during inter-location movements are to be provided by the Contractor. Any additional requirement of transport fleet for any specific purpose at site during well operation shall also be provided by the Contractor.钻机起升/下放，井场间的移运等井队的移运包括但不限于吊车、拖车、卡车等有承包商负责。
