2019年二年级英语上学期教学计划一、教材分析在本学期的教学工作中,坚持以新课程标准离间为先导，以课堂教学为重点，提高教学研究能力和教学反思能力，将优质教学理念落实于课堂的教学实践中.针对本册教材中的六个话题――家庭、朋友、公园、街道、北京、节日――以及每个话题所包含的三项学习内容――语音，语汇，交际用语――以语音学习为暗线，采取整体学习的方法，针对二年级学生的学习特点，通过大量的歌谣和歌曲的输入，在活泼自然真实的语境中感知，模仿，习得英语语音;词汇和交际用语学习为明线，在TPR，歌谣，歌曲和游戏中使用实物，图片，录象，录音等多种教学手段感知，模仿和习得语言，达到熟练上口.二、教学目的激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养积极的学习态度，建立初学的自信心;着重培养学生的英语语感、语音语调及良好的学习习惯;初步学会用英语进行简单交流，注重培养学生的观察、记忆、想象和动手创造能力，为他们以后的学习奠定良好的基础。
三、本册教学内容目标(一)听、做1、能根据听到的词语识别或指认图片或实物。
2、能听懂课堂指令并做出相应的反应。
3、能根据指令做事情，如：画图、涂色、做动作、做手工等。
4、能在图片和动作的提示下听懂故事，并做出反应。
(二)说、唱1、能听录音并进行模仿。
2、能根据图片或实物说出单词。
3、能根据情景要求说出最基本的话语。
如：相互问候，询问姓名、年龄，询问颜色，询问物品数量，表达喜欢或不喜欢。
4、能说出、唱出教材第一层次中的歌谣和歌曲。
(三)玩、演1、能在教师的指导下用英语做游戏。
在游戏过程中，能够根据情景需要，用简单的英语进行交流。
2、能表演歌谣和歌曲。
3、能根据故事情节进行角色表演。
四、教学重点每单元前两课词、句的掌握以听说演为主，着重学生学习兴趣、英语语感、语音语调及良好的学习习惯的培养。
五、教学难点将所学知识点拓展运用交际，以对话、说故事巩固强化。
六、教学手段本书共八个单元，其中4、8为复习单元，含六个话题：Family, Friends, Parks, Streets, Beijing, Festivals 可借助图片、录音、实物、录象等手段通过唱、说、演等形式去感知、模仿、习得语言，达到熟练上口。
并且在课堂教学过程中，探索脑功能开发活动与英语学科整合的实践方法.不断创新，达到学生在字母，单词和句子的记忆和背诵方面的方法以及效果上的突破;达到学生习得英语，学习英语方法上的进展.使学生由此及彼，学会学习.使各学科的学习融会贯通，相互促进。
在教师的“身教”方面，除了传播知识，还要坚持"育人为本，德育为先"的指导意见，组织落实德育与学科的整合，深入开展德育主题教育活动，促进学生的自主发展，使之德才并重。
七、注意问题及策略1、面向全体学生，为学生提供资助学习和相互交流的机会以及充分表现自我发展的空间，鼓励学生通过体验、实践、讨论、合作、探究等方式，发展语言技能。
2、关注学生的情感、努力营造民主、和谐、愉快、轻松的课堂氛围，把英语教学与情感教育有机结合起来，帮助学生体验集体荣誉感和成就感，发展合作精神。
3、努力创设真实的生活情境，帮助学生在活动中感受语言，学习并运用语言。
重在学生参与。
强调在做中学。
4、在教学过程中，特别是在起始阶段，要坚持大量输入，少量输出，扩大接触面和文化视野，注意“听、做”在前，“说”在后。
5、注重学习过程的评价，使学生体验进步与成功，认识自我，建立自信。
注意评价主体的多元化和评价形式的多样化。
鼓励学生参与评价的过程。
让学生都能了解语言学习的目标。
6、正确对待学生学习过程中的错误。
鼓励学生大胆使用英语，对他们学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。
要理解学生在学习外语时出现语言的失误是不可避免的，是非常正常的，是他们语言发展要经历的必然阶段。
