??其实我没有高大身材,也没健壮肌肉,天生不属于运动型的人。
几年来能够坚持下来,因为我的背后有一个团队,有着强大团队的力量,在这里,非常感谢我们的晨跑队,长期以来,我们相互鼓励着,一起流汗,共同享受着健康带来的快乐。
比如这次几位跑友为了维持秩序,未能参加万米跑,而他们却时刻关心着兄弟们状况,及时通报名次和时间,给我们带来了信心和勇气。
同时,也来于自己内心的渴望和执着的追求,为了一个健康的体魄,曾为自己的晨跑写过许多日志,以此来为自己加油、鼓劲。
??? 俗话说:“骐骥一跃,不能十步,驽马十驾,功在不舍”。
真的,人非常需要这种楔而不舍的精神。
在坚持晨跑这件上,确实是需要非常毅力的。
每天要坚持早睡早起,要按照固定的作息时间,悠闲散漫的日子一去不返,特别是晚上不能休息太迟,改变了生活方式,这在年轻人看来,简直是不可思议的事,因为早上五点钟,天微微亮,正是做梦的好时光。
曾经有朋友笑话说,你们都过上了老年生活。
实际上,我们已经不能再做梦了,只有树立目标,下定决心,勇往直前地朝着一个方向前进,理想终将实现。
曾经单位女同事评我为“最有毅力男人”,我想她们给了过高的评价,或许她们看到我比较执着的一面吧。
