集美大学毕业设计论文毕业设计题目超声波电源设计专业机械设计制造及其自动化班级机制0614 姓名陈曦曦学号710175指引教师胡玉生职称副专家机械工程学院6月2日超声波电源设计[摘要]几十年来,超声加工技术发展迅速,在型孔和型腔加工、切割加工、超声波清洗、超声复合加工、超声波焊接领域均有较广泛研究和应用,解决了许多核心性工艺问题,获得了良好效果。
本文一方面简介了国内外在超声波电源方面发展状况,然后详细分析了超声波设备构成、核心技术以及设计难点,并以一种200w超声加工电路为方案设计、制作了超声波发生器,应用于超声加工。
通过对模仿与数字超声电源基本电路简介,理解超声波电源频率跟踪、功率控制、稳速、过电压、过电流以及阻抗匹配等核心技术。
接着对所设计电路各部位电路进行分析和设计。
在此基本上,详细简介了整流电路、滤波电路、半桥逆变电路、超声波发生器与换能器匹配设计以及用Protel软件设计PCB图,然后进行电路板制作和实验。
最后对所设计电路特点进行归纳与总结。

Type holes and cavity machining,cutting,ultrasonic cleaning,ultrasonic processing,and ultrasonic welding have a wider field of research and application,solves many key technology issues ,achieved good resultsThis paper introduces the domestic and international aspects in the development of ultrasonic power first. Then a detailed analysis of the composition of ultrasonic equipment Key technologies and design difficulties And design a 200w ultrasonic generator which is used in ultrasonic machining .Through the power of analog and digital ultrasound description of the basic circuit,Learn about the frequency of ultrasonic power tracks,power control,steady speed,overvoltage,overcurrent and impedance matching key technologies. Then designed circuits to all parts of the circuit analysis and design.
