I am responsible for MM/SD module surport.In this period I was participate in several project such as SANY company splite project ; SANY ETO project management optimization project;and so on, IN 2011 I was promoted to leader of ERP team. In this period I was responsible for daily management of our team;implement IT system project and so on. As the company development , it get into it support period . there is little chance to set up new system. I think it is not suitable for me .so I decided to leave. As a project manager, Ishould control the project schedule ,cost. Ensure the project can go live on time. After project approval ,I should edit the project the plan ,confirm the member of the project ,prepare for the kick-offmeeting. In blueprint period ,I should analyze the bussness gap ,disscuss with the member ,confirm the solution. In prepare for golive , I should organize the training data collection assign the role authority. And the go live strategy. So we kick off the project. We integrated ps module with PP mm sd fico other modules. First when we sign technical protocolwith customer , the project management deparment will creat a standard project，consist of several wbs design , sample ,batch product,then connect the activity to the wbs,and assign the material to the activity. The system will run the project purchase and product plan automatically. We will monitor the project schedule ontime . we can account the project separately.16.H ave you met any difficulty in your job?
