关于科技学院成立奶茶店的可行性研究摘要随着经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的逐步提高，人们对追求生活的品味也在不断的上升，在大学校园里，奶茶在逐步取代饮料在大学校园中的市场份额，而奶茶成渐渐成了校园消费的又一热点，这对商家来讲是一个潜在的赚钱机会。
大学生群体对奶茶的消费需求情况无疑值得我们深入的探讨和分析。
21世纪的今天，出现在我们面前的事众多的奶茶品种，它是现代大学生所追求和向往的特殊饮品。
奶茶发源于我国台湾，如今已遍布欧洲、美国、日本、澳洲、东南亚等多地区，是休闲饮品的主流之一，广受消费者青睐。
奶茶在台湾连续20年排名台湾个人创业的首选。
而奶茶具有口感新鲜、味美、变化多、营养丰富不含脂肪，形成了众多的奶茶系列，让消费者选择面广，更易受广大消费者的喜爱。
本篇报告主要调查了科技学院在校学生对奶茶的消费需求及追求因素，发现大多数学生都喜欢喝口感好的奶茶，特别是在口感、品质和味道上都很在乎，甚至更重要的是确保产品＂原汁原味＂并在口味上不断推陈出新。

在这年轻人中大部分是在校大学生，目前，在贵州大学科技学院校园里就只有一家奶茶店，而且不带休闲的地方，这对科技学院的奶茶店发展有着一定的发展优势，而且科技学院的地理优势和人文条件很明显，占尽了天时地利人和，这对在校园里开设一家奶茶店有了更充分的准备。
