瑞登梅尔天然纤维制造（常州）有限公司Rettenmaier Natural Fiber Manufacturing (Changzhou) Co., Ltd1目的Purpose建立仓库生产物料状态标签的管理程序，使物料状态更加明确，防止未经确认放行的物料被错误使用。
Establish the management procedures for status labels of the production materials stored in the warehouse, specify the status of materials, prevent any unconfirmed materials from being released and used incorrectly.2范围Scope适用于我公司生产用的原辅料、包材的贴签管理，而不适用于本公司生产的成品。
Applicable for the labeling management of the raw & auxiliary materials and packaging materials used for the production of the Company, not applicable for the finished products produced by the Company.3职责Responsibility生产部、仓库管理员、QA对本规程的实施负责。
The PRD, the warehouse keeper and QA shall be responsible for the execution of these Procedures.4 程序Procedures4.1 表明物料状态的标签有：待验标签（黄色）（见附件1）、合格标签（绿色）（见附件2）、不合格标签（红色）（见附件3）。
Labels for indicating material status are: “To be Inspected”label (yellow) (see Annex 1), Conforming label (green) (see Annex 2), Non-conforming label (red) (see Annex 3).4.2 “待验”标签的使用：Usage of “To be Inspected” label”:4.2.1 当物料经初验合格后，应粘贴黄色的“待检”标签（附件1）。
After passing the initial check, materials should be affixed with a yellow “To be Inspected” label (Annex 1).4.2.2 若检验合格的物料，到复检期后，在未接到质量部发放新的“同意使用”牌或“拒绝使用”牌前，也应粘贴黄色的“待检”标签，并将原来绿色的“合格”标签覆盖。
处于复检待验的物料不得发放使用，直至复检合格后，贴上绿色合格证（需再次将待验标签覆盖）才能发放使用。
After the recheck period and before receiving new “Agree to Use” card or “Reject to Use” card from the QAD, the material which has passed the inspection shall also be affixed with a yellow “To beInspected” label, and the existing green “Conforming” label will be covered by the yellow label. Any material to be rechecked can’t be distributed and used, till it passes the recheck and is affixed with a green “Conforming” label (the “To be Inspected” label should be covered again).4.3 “合格”标签的使用：Usage of “Conforming” label:4.3.1 当物料经检验合格后，在具有QA发放的“同意使用”牌的情况下，应在每件物料的外包装上贴上绿色的“合格”标签（附件2）。
After materials pass the inspection and obtain the “Agree to Use” card issued by QA, a green “Conforming” label (Annex 2) should be pasted on each external package of materials.4.3.2 若检验合格的物料，到复检期后，经质量部复检合格，并接到质量部发放的新“同意使用”牌后，应在每件物料的外包装上贴上新的绿色“合格”标签，并将黄色“待验”小标签覆盖。
After the recheck period, if any material passes the recheck of the QAD and receives a new “Agree to Use” card issued by the QAD, a new green “Conforming” label should be pasted on its external package and cover the yellow “To be Inspected” label.4.3.3 对于车间生产完一个品种后退回的物料，应按其“同意使用”牌的信息在其外包装上贴有绿色的“合格”标签。
If any materials are returned by the plant after the production of certain variety has been completed, a green “Conforming” label should be pasted on their external packages according to the information on the “Agree to Use” card.4.4 “不合格”标签的使用：Usage of “Nonconforming” label:4.4.1 当物料入库后经检验不合格时，在具有QA发放的“拒绝使用”牌的情况下，应在每件物料的外包装上贴上红色的“不合格”标签（附件3）。
If any material fails to pass the inspection after being warehoused and obtains the “Reject to Use” card issued by QA, a red “Nonconforming” label (Annex 3) should be pasted on its external package.4.4.2 若检验合格的物料，到复检期后，经质量部复检，结果不符合质量标准，并接到质量部发放的新“拒绝使用”牌后，应在每件物料的外包装上贴上红色的“不合格”标签，并将黄色“待验”标签覆盖。
After the recheck period, if any inspected materials are found nonconforming to quality standards according to the recheck of the QAD and obtain the “Reject to Use”card issued by QAD, a red “Nonconforming”label should be pasted on the external package of each material and cover the yellow “To be Inspected” label.4.4.3 对于车间使用过程中发现的不符合质量标准或因其他原因拒用的物料，应在其外包装上贴上红色的“不合格”标签。
If any material is found nonconforming to quality standards when it is used by the plant or is rejected due to other reasons, a red “Nonconforming” label should be pasted on its external package.4.5 状态标签的管理Management of status label4.5.1“待验”标签由仓库管理员发放，处于待检状态的物料应及时悬挂“待验”标签。
The “To be Inspected” label is issued by the warehouse keeper; the materials to be inspected should be hung with a “To be Inspected” label in time.4.5.2 “合格标签”和”不合格标签”由质量部根据实际到货最小包装数量QA受控发放，并填写“附件4”《物料状态标签发放记录》。
“Conforming” label and “Nonconforming” label are controlled and issued by QA according to the actually received minimum packaging quantity; QA shall fill in Annex 4: the Material Status Label Issuing Records.4.6 仓库管理员在发放物料时，应核对物料外包装上的状态标签，只有贴有绿色“合格”标签的物料才允许发放使用。
