Objective Exploring the clinical feasibility of HRV in monitoring depth of anesthesia. Content In this paper, the relationship between HRV and the central nervous system (CNS), the methods and related research of HRV for monitoring depth of anesthesia are reviewed. Trend HRV can provide sufficient information for monitoring the depth of anesthesia from the perspective of changes in automatic nervous function during perioperatively.
