Ever since the launch of our new products on the market three months ago, manufacturers of similar products have kicked off some specific measures directed at us. We are confronted with unprecedented pressure and competition.I suggest that the heads of the corporation could further coordinate the efforts of different departments and expand the range of rights for salespeople. When they are more flexible in dealing with customers’ demand, our salespeople will shoulder more responsibilities.

大作文(图) A famous website has conducted a survey in a big city upon residents’ satisfaction with life compared with the rise of their income. As are listed in the chart, in 2005, with income doubling that in 2000, people’s sense of satisfaction was greatly enhanced, hitting 80 percent. However, ever since 2010, while citizens’ income was on a steady rise, their satisfaction has shown a rapid decline, dropping to 40 percent.

This phenomenon is well worth probing into. In the past few years, China has undergone severe inflation, with price of real estate seven or eight times higher than that of 10 years ago. Everything is much more expensive than before. Most consumers complain that their purchasing power and personal riches dramatically shrink. To make matters worse, various reformation campaigns are actually eroding the benefits people used to enjoy, forcing them to shoulder unprecedented burden and economic risks.
!
The focus of the divergence falls on the current dual-track system of pensions. Many people complain that after devoting all their lives to work, they will be allocated to social insurance with income only about half that of public servants.Even some scholars are doubtful of this proposal when the present employment situation is far from satisfactory.
!
From my own perspective, delaying retirement age is a trend that no one can reverse. As China enters the aging society, the nation’s finance cannot sustain so large a population of non-working pensioners. On the other hand, with remarkably longer life spans, the early retirement of skilled workers is really a waste of human resources. Perhaps, the key to the problem lies in a fairer compensation system and taking into account the interest of all people.
!
I would really appreciate it if you could take my complaints into account. Yours sincerely, Zhang Wei
