In accordance with the enforcement of “Personal Information Protection Act,” Doshisha University has formed the “Basic Policy Regarding Protection of Personal Infor mation” for the handling of personal information and established the “Regulations Related to Protection of Personal Information” based on the Basic Policy. Personal information provided by the applicants at the time of application for admission to the Center for Japanese Language, Doshisha University will only be used inside Doshisha University for contacting the applicants and for compiling the statistics of examinees and enrollments, and will be dealt with under appropriate management and protection.
