2. 光盘封面标注学 校 名 称 、 作 者 姓 名 、 作 品 名 称 信 息 ，“纸质报名表+作品光碟”一式两份，邮寄至组委会。 Please mark the U/C Name on the cover of the disc, the Author's name, Name of your Work, "The Application Form + CD Works" in duplicate, then please send to the Organizing Committee.
4. 以邮件方式收到报名表即为确认参加本次比赛，组委会确认收到邮寄作品后即为报名成功。 Receipt of the Application Form by mail participants confirmed their participation in this competition is Acknowledge receipt of the organizing committee for the successful registration by mail after work.
