A.Broken Needles Control in Production :
生产中的断针控制
1)No broken or used needles are allowed to be left on sewing machine or worktable.
Especially the gaps between sewing machine and worktable should be checked carefully.
工作台、缝纫机上不允许留有断针或用过的缝纫机针。
尤其是缝纫机或工作台的缝隙内要仔细检查。
2)Factory must have the complete record of the broken needles of all machines (Date,
Machine#, Style#, etc…). Broken needles should be pasted and recorded in booklet (Broken Needle Control Report) in time.
工厂要有所有设备的完整的断针记录（日期、机器编号、款号等等）。
断针要及时粘贴并记录在断针控制报告中
3）Other metal equipments, such as scissors, pincers and drills should be fastened to the worktable with ropes, and the ropes should not be too long to allow items reach the
ground.
其余金属设备，如剪刀、钻子等要用绳子固定在工作台上，注意绳子不能长的使金属设备接触到地板。
B. Metal Detecting M/D (Metal Detector) Requirements:
金属检针设备
1)Metal detectors should be set up at the packing area where only way goods enter into. All
goods should be checked through Metal detectors and after passing Metal detectors, all goods should be kept in specially blocked packing area.
金属检针设备要安置在只有货物才能进入的包装区。
所有货物要百分之百完全通过检针机的检测。
通过检针的货品只能存放在特定的区域。
2)All clothing could not be packed into cartons unless passing Metal detectors.
只有通过检针后，货物才能包装入箱。
3)Metal Detectors should be tested once every 2 hours, and those goods which fail to pass
need to be re-detected.
检针器使用过程中，每隔2个小时就要用用检针块验机。
没有通过检针的货品要再次重检，之至通过为止。
4)Metal detectors should maintain clean and tidy daily.
检针机每日要由专人进行保养和清理整洁。
5)The sensitivity of Metal detectors should be no more than 1.2mm (can be 0.8mm, 1.0mm,
or 1.2mm).
检针机的敏感度不能超过1.2mm的针（可以是0.8mm、1.0mm或1.2mm）
6)Metal detectors must be used by Nominated and Registered operators and be tested before
putting into use. The operators need make the records in following details: Date, Testing Time, and Sensitivity, to make sure the machine works in well condition.
检针机使用前必须要由指定操作人员检测合格后方可使用。
该指定操作员要记录以下信息：日期、测试时间、敏感度，以确保机器是在良好状态下使用的。
7)Operators must have the complete reports of all operation of Metal Detectors.
操作员要保留检针机所有操作的完整的记录。
8)When the clothing is detected out with metal stuff, any needles broken or damaged must
be found and picked out from the clothing; if fail to do so, the clothing must be destroyed;
all metal stuffs detected from finished products or semi-finished products must be pasted firmly on a special book(Broken Needle Control Report). And factory should find the reason broken needles are still remained and should attach that analysis on Broken Needle Control
Report as the annex.
一旦货品没有通过检针机的检验，那么无论是断针或任何损坏的金属件必须被找到并取出；若找不到，则该货品要立即销毁，不能进入包装阶段；所有找到的断针或损坏的金属件要立即牢牢的粘贴在该款的断针记录中。
且工厂要找出断针或金属件损坏的原因，并将分析报告作为附件粘贴在该款的断针记录后
C.Additional attachment on Final inspection Report:
尾查报告的附件
To monitor, control and avoid any BROKEN NEEDLE problems which cause serious social issues and cost, following reports should be provided together with packing list during inspection, otherwise it ca n’t be regarded as final inspection and our QC can refuse to do inspection.
为监控和管理并避免会引起严重社会问题和经济纠纷的断针问题，以下报告要在验货时连装箱单一起提供，否则尾查报告不能作为最终报告，且ORC客人的质检人员会拒绝验货。
1)Copy of Broken Needle Control report: It should cover full production period.
覆盖整个生产过程的该款断针记录复印件
2)Copy of Metal Detector Report : it also should cover full production period for the styles
inspected
针对检测款的覆盖整个生产过程的验针记录复印件
During the goods inspection, a complete record of broken needles & a complete report of the metal detection must be provided together with packing list, it will be marked
"Broken Needle Record and Metal Detection Report Provided" on inspection report after our QC’s checking then. In case factory fail to provide above mentioned documents,
Orchestra has the rights to cancel the order or not.
在验货过程中，完整的断针记录和验针记录要随同装箱清单提供，且要附在验货报告中，以便客人的质检人员之后的检查。
若缺少以上两记录，则ORC客人有权取消订单。
