我的主题是“中国茶文化”。

Do you know the name of the three most famous drinks in the world They are tea , coffee and cocoa. China is the homeland of tea which has become the national drink. Referring to Chinese tea culture, it has several thousand years of history and can be traced back to the ancient times. Then it was flourished in the Tang dynasty and the Song dynasty.你知道这世界上最著名的三种饮料的名字吗他们是茶,咖啡和可可。

中国是茶的故乡。

关于中国茶文化,它有几千年的历史,可以追溯到古代。

然后是盛行于唐代和宋代。

In china, the main varieties of tea are green tea, black tea, Oolong tea, scented tea, white tea, yellow tea and dark make different tea in different particular ways. Over the centuries, China developed an extraordinary tea culture, comparable with the wineculture of the West. 在中国,主要品种的茶是绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶、花茶、白茶、黄茶和黑茶。

我们可以用不同的方式制作不同的茶。

Tea not only has a good flavor but also benefit to our body, so it is loved by many people home and abroad. Different kinds of tea have different function which makes a contribution to our health. For example, the national drink of China-green tea, can dispel the effects of alcohol, refresh yourself and whiten your skin. The second largest kind of tea-black tea, can warm your stomach, be good for your heart and make your bones stronger. Dark tea can refresh you in the morning, reduce your blood press and help lose weight. Oolong Tea is good for your body building and dieting. In all, tea have great medicinal value, anti-cancer, lowering blood pressure, improving eyesight and restraining disease, reducing stress and so on.茶不仅具有良好的风味,也有利于我们的身体,因此,在国内外被很多人喜爱。

不同的茶有不同的功能,为我们的健康做贡献。

例如,绿茶,可以解酒,清热,调节自己和美白皮肤。

第二大种类黑茶,能温暖你的胃,可以有利于你的心,使你的骨骼更强壮。

黑茶可以使你在早上更有活力,降低血压和减肥。

乌龙茶茶对你的身体成长和节食有好处。

总之,茶有很大的药用价值、抗癌、降低血压,改善视力和抑制疾病,减少压力等等。

Tea culture and its development reflect not only diet culture, but also Chinese spiritual culture plays an indispensable role in promoting the international culturalexchange between China and other countries, eiching Chinese cultural life and promoting Chinese spiritual civilization construction. 茶文化及其发展不仅反映了饮食文化,而且代表中国的精神。

茶文化扮演不可或缺的角色在促进中国和其他国家之间的国际文化交流,丰富中国文化生活和促进精神文明建设。

In conclusion, tea culture is one of the essences of Chinese culture in the history. The spirit of tea permeates the court and society, into the Chinese poetry, painting, calligraphy, religion, medicine. For thousands of years China has not only accumulated a great deal about tea cultivation, production of material culture, but also accumulated rich spirit of the tea culture, which is unique to China's tea culture.总之,茶文化是中国文化历史的精髓之一。

茶的精神渗透了宫廷和社会,为中国诗歌、绘画、书法、宗教、医学。

几千年来中国不但积累了大量关于茶叶种植、生产的物质文化,但也积累了丰富的茶文化的精神,这是中国茶文化所特有的。

本文通过对中国酒文化形成和发展的社会基础以及发展原因的深入分析,试图描绘出中国当代酒文化的变迁轨迹以及现状。

At the time of the Great Yan and Huang Emperor, surplus grains were produced because of agriculture booming, which supplied raw materials for wine making. Chinese wine culture is one aspect of Chinese traditional culture and interact with other aspects. Confucianist and Taoist are the core of traditional culture of Chinese and Buddhist completed it. They influenced Chinese wine culture and can be recognized.Confucianist and wine etiquette and morals related to wine. Differ from western culture that driven by desire and purpose, Confucianist intended to create ideal individualities with good manners and moral. Theemphasis of Confucianist is to balance relationships between people. Typical Confucianist wine etiquette is performed in a four-step drinking procedure, that is Bai(拜) Shi(酾)Cui(啐) Zu Jue(卒爵). Bai means to hold up cup and show respect. Shi means to pour some wine on the ground to show gratitude to the earth for feeding people. Cui means to sip and taste wine and praise the wine to make the host happy. Zu Jue means to end up with wine in the cup. The senior are obliged to start drink first and to leave first. (论语·乡党) Confucius‘ attitude towards drinking is to drink as much as one can before drunken. Confucianist also believes that people are not able to hold any sacrifice and ceremony without wine.Taoist and the spirit of Chinese wine culture. Taoist seeks for freedom and being immortal on body or spiritual. Drinking wine is one of their ways to be spiritual free. But alchemy is the main and most famous Taoist way to seek for being immortal. The first distillatory was proved to come into being in East Han dynasty in China(25~220). At that time the only possible application of that instrument was Taoistalchemy. Distillation makes it possible for people to get spirits from wine.Buddhism is unlike many other native religions in China on attitude towards wine, spirits or any alcoholic beverage. Buddhist prohibits adherents get in touch to any thing with alcohol. Five Prohibition, Eight Prohibition and Ten Prohibition all mentioned wine is forbidden. Eat poison rather than drink wine, jump into fire rather than let go desire. Agama the basic of ancient Buddhism set Five Prohibition that are no kill, no steal, no sexual misconduct, no lies, no wine. Buddhism believes that desire and lust will result in pain. Buddhist is against every thing that will cause desire and lust and intend to make a clean, harmonious world.
