Valve opening is detected and converted into voltage signal proportional to shift. This signal can be used for adjustment control after A/D conversion. In MPU, valve position signal, through various conversions, can convert stroke characteristic of valve. Actuator is classified into automatic or manual operation. In automatic operation, opening of valve position is controlled by adjustment input signal to trace adjustment signal in real time. In manual operation, opening of valve position is controlled by using manual button switch. Valve position signal, through conversion in MPU and then D/A or V/A conversion, will be outputted as 4 ~ 20mA DC signal to be used for system display and tracking control.Failure diagnosis functions of actuator ar 1. At the same time, it can be returned to control room for monitoring and management of the control room. This detector is provided with 2 limit micro switches to ensure safe operation.
