根据国外企业对于英文简历的看法，在阅读时间上国外
招聘者比国内招聘者阅读所花费的时间更长，一般国外平均
阅读时间仅仅只有十几秒钟而已，但是国内阅读简历的平均
时间则是达到了三十秒左右。
为什么区别这么大了主要原因
在于国外招聘者对于简历的看点非常直接，他们只是对当中
的重要内容进行阅读而其他内容甚至是看都不看。
国内企业
则会按照求职者填写的内容顺序一路看下去，鲜有进行跳跃
式的阅读。
因此英文简历的篇幅成为了一个相当重要的东西，我们
应该完成一封只需要十秒钟左右便可以让招聘者阅读完的
简历。
