中铁六局物资采购管理体系优化研究
本论文以研究铁路施工企业物资采购管理为主线,首先分析了中铁六局目前物资 采购管理现状,针对目前采购管理的薄弱环节,明确了论文的研究重点,编排了研究 方向和程序。其次论文以铁路施工企业物资管理的采购模式为出发点,结合施工企业 采购管理的发展阶段,运用先进的采购管理理论,优化了适合本企业特点的采购模式 及采购程序。最后对中铁六局物资采购流程中各重点环节进行优化设计。
This paper focuses on measures to improve the purchasing patterns and project management, cost management, improve accuracy procurement plan; proposed by the Central Purchasing supplies, non-implementation of the Central Purchasing supplies different purchasing strategies; proposed access system for supplier selection and assessment methods and strategy. In this paper, CRSG to achieve the effective implementation of the new material procurement processes, developed a process optimization embodiments, the company's quality control, the main material guide price control, the main material loss rate control and financial management and control and other aspects of the new requirements. In this paper, meaning that t CRSG to improve to improve material procurement management level to provide the ideas and methods, and other railway construction enterprises have a certain significance.

ABSTRACT
Strengthening materials procurement and management, is a key link in order to reduce the business costs, product quality can be guaranteed in the enterprise's core competitiveness is enhanced, since the economic globalization, the importance of purchasing management is keen to capture the majority of foreign advanced enterprises, they use advanced sourcing technology and scientific methods of procurement, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, increasing corporate profits. Under China's railway monopoly model railway construction enterprise purchasing management remains one of the weak links in the management.

摘要
In this paper, research materials procurement and management of railway construction enterprise main line, first analyzes the status quo of Purchasing Management CRSG at present, for the current weaknesses in procurement management, a clear thesis research priorities, organizing the research program. Secondly thesis railway construction enterprise materials management procurement model as a starting point, combined with the development stage of the procurement management of construction enterprises, the use of advanced procurement management theory, optimized for the characteristics of the enterprise procurement model and procurement procedures. Finally, CRSG supplies all the key aspects of the procurement process to optimize the design.
