为了提高管理效率、节约成本，提出了开发档案管理信息、系统需求。

本文主要分析人事管理系统的一些基本功能和组成情况，包括系统的需求分析、系统结构、系统功能模块划分以及系统数据库模式分析等，主要内容包括本项目的开发背景，对档案业务流程进行分析，并得出相应的功能需求。

在需求分析的基础上，论文阐述了系统设计的原则和系统的架构设计，并对系统的各主要功能模块和数据库进行了设计分析。

最后，分析了在整个论文的实施过程中遇到的问题和某些期待完善的内容。

企事业档案管理系统使用之后，极大的提高了档案管理人员检索档案的效率，减少了管理失误、节约了管理成本，为企事业带了很好的经济效益。
