摘要
天筑建设集团（以下简称天筑集团）是自治区鄂尔多斯市的一家中型企业，其主要业务是路桥施工、钢结构生产和销售，兼营其他相关产业和地方特色产业。集团公司自成立以来，在国家政策的扶持下，积极参与市场竞争，取得了比较好的业绩。但是在其发展的过程中，也遇到了很多困难和问题。其成本管理显得尤为重要，成本管理是否科学有效会成为企业发展壮大的关键制约因素。本文在阐述成本管理基本理论的基础上，以天筑集团巴吉公路项目的成本管理为研究对象，通过对巴吉公路项目成本管理流程的阐述，并以成本管理各个步骤的资料的分析结论来说明天筑建设集团成本管理现状和存在的问题。并针对存在的问题，寻找降低天筑集团建设成本的具体措施，为天筑集团的快速发展，提供有效的对策和建议。
