五.基本教学过程
Step1 review the words
复习本课所学单词:Sunday centre often ping-pong horse basketball player grandpa pool water
1.教师读出单词,由学生写出拼写以及汉语意思。
2.幻灯片出示单词,同桌互相批改。
3.错的同学要立即纠正并背会。
4.Read together.
Step2 导入新课
1.幻灯片出示本课主题句:What is she doing?
What is he doing?
What are they doing?
2.引导学生说出现在进行时的结构:主语+be动词+现在分词+其他
3.出示图片,学生看图片,说出图片上的人正在干什么。
师:What is he doing? 生:He is riding a horse.
师:What is he doing? 生:He is swimming
师:What are they doing? 生:They are singing.
师:What are they doing? 生:They are playing basketball.
师:What is she doing? 生:She is drawing.
师:What is she doing? 生:She is running a race.
4.教师领读,让学生写一遍,自己体会
5.让学生说出ride swim play sing draw run这些词如何变现在分词
6.复习动词变现在分词的几种形式
①直接加ing
②去e加ing
③以重度闭音节辅音字母结尾的,双写辅音字母加ing
Step3 A game
四个同学为一组,两个同学表演动作,两个同学进行对话,说出那两个同学正在做什么。
1.由学生自由组合,迅速商量。
2.挑三组学生到教室前边表演。
(在同学准备表演以及表演的时候,要给予指导)
Step4 Read for fun
通过对Read for fun部分的阅读以及听录音,回答简单的问题,作为一个简单的复述。
1.听一遍录音,简单熟悉课文。
2.让学生自行阅读课文,在阅读前,要给予学生几个问题
①What day is today?
②Where are Mike and his family?
③What is Mike doing?
④What is Jill doing?
⑤What is Mr Green doing?
⑥What is Mrs Green doing?
⑦What are Mike's grandpa and grandma doing?
3.就每个问题提问学生回答。
4.提问学生让他们说出课文中那句话可以体现这个问题的答案
5.幻灯片依次出示问题的答案。
①Today is Sunday.
②Mike and his family are at the sports centre.
③Mike is playing football.
④Jill is playing ping-pong.
⑤Mr Green is riding a horse.
⑥Mrs Green is watching a basketball game.
⑦Mike's grandpa and grandma are running a race in the swimming pool.
6.Read together.
Step5 Homework
①What is your father doing at six?
②What is your mother doing at seven?
③What are you doing at eight?

课堂反思:本节课主要要求学生掌握现在进行时第三人称时的特殊疑问句以及回答。
由课堂检测来看,学生掌握情况良好,大部分同学掌握并且会灵活运用。
在以后的教学中要注重学生写的能力,并且尽量让所有同学积极参与,要调动所有同学学习的积极性。
