川崎机器人预折边技术。解决了行业内覆盖件外板角度大 于130度无法采用机器人滚边技术的问题,实现了B40前盖 160度大角度的滚边工艺。预压机构需要一个大翻板系统 ,由于预压段过长,导致内板起弧线靠模现场精度极难调 整,所以我们采用了分段式靠模。使现场工装制造装配精 度达到了设计要求。
