Report any incorrect behavior to keep continuous EHS improvement.2. 维修Maintenance-提供维修人员以充足的现场维修支持和技术培训。
Provide maintenance personal with adequate on-site maintenance support and technical training. -建立预防性保养计划并监督实施。
Establish and implement the preventive maintenance program.3. 缩孔预防Crater prevention-建立完善的维修和工程项目的缩孔预防体系Establish crater prevention system for maintenace and projects.-培训所有工程维修部人员和外委施工人员Train all people of E&M and contractors4.工程项目Engineering Projects Management有效实施并管理所负责的工程项目，确保各项目按时、按质完成，并控制项目费用在预算之内。
Reponsible for monitoring and controlling the projects scope, schedule, quality and cost. 5. 持续改进Continuous improvement开展设备设施的持续改进工作，提高设备可靠性，满足生产营运的需求。
Keep continuous innovation, improve equipments reliability to meet the requirements of production improvement.6. 特种设备管理Special equipment management负责压力容器和压力管道等特种设备管理，确保特种设备相关工作满足国家法规的要求，顺利通过年检、获得使用证。
