同时，现今的医疗卫生条件并不能完全的满足人们对于医疗卫生条件的期望。
人们对于当今医院的排队、诊疗、缴费等过程的满意程度仍旧较低。
而银行与医院的银医一卡通项目便是解决这个问题的一项非常具有代表性的项目。
银医一卡通项目指的是医院通过对接银行的管理系统，建立银行与医院的关联关系。
银医一卡通项目的实施，能够实现医院信息管理的数字化与自动化，提高医院挂号、缴费等操作的效率，便捷患者的就诊过程。
本文以中国工商银行与廊坊市医院的“银医一卡通”合作项目为研究对象，利用互联网技术结合软件工程的开发流程与步骤，详细阐述“银医一卡通”项目的研究开发过程。
并且综合阐述论文所做的主要工作，以及概述论文的组织结构。
本文将就中国工商银行与廊坊市人民医院的银医一卡通项目，对整个系统的背景、设计、实现的每个阶段来详细阐述项目的细节。
本人参与了如下工作：设计实现银医一卡通体系架构，包含数据库与Web Service的实现，以及模块与底层核心代码的编写等，并将廊坊医院HIS系统接入中国工商银行管理系统。
医院信息管理系统HIS是比较复杂而庞大的一个组织结构，而中国工商银行更是一家庞大而且对安全性要求极高的金融机构，所以要完成医院、银行系统的对接要考虑到双方的方方面面。
除此之外，患者层面上，要对患者进行透明化，即某些构架与组织对于患者来说是不可见的。
患者只需要简单的流程功能即可，能够完成便捷的预约、挂号、缴费等操作即可。
在需求分析环节，论文对签约流程、挂号流程、缴费流程、预约挂号流程、预约取号流程等几个方面的需求进行了阐述，大大简化了就医流程，提高了患者挂号、缴费的速度，使患者在医院就医时能够有更为便捷的途径。
患者可以仅凭一张工行卡实现廊坊医院内的各种操作，提高患者挂号、缴费等步骤的自动化与便捷化。
同时，银医一卡通项目也提高了医院管理的效率，缓解了人力资源的消耗，使得医院管理体系更加现代化与数字化。
银医一卡通项目，通过互联网技术以及其他通信技术，实现了医疗管理模式的升级换代，简化了医疗就诊的过程，减少了患者与医院时间资源的消耗，让就诊患者能够在医院体验到比较良好的用户体验过程。
论文给出了项目的测试过程以及验证项目完全符合需求。

The bank-hospital one-card pass system is the typical and representative project to improve the medical management system. The bank-hospital one-card pass system means that the hospital information system connects to the bank management system and builds the relationship with the bank. After the connection, patients could register or pay the fees in the hospital via the bank card. This project could make the hospital management system more digitized and increase efficiency of the system. Also it could make the procedure diagnosis and treat more easily and friendly to patients.In this paper, the research object is based on the cooperation project of "silver and medical card" of the industrial and Commercial Bank of China and industrial and Commercial Bank of China. And the main work of the paper is summarized, and the structure of the paper is summarized.Hospital information management system HIS is a more complex and a huge organization structure, and the industrial and Commercial Bank of China is a huge and high security requirements of financial institutions, so to complete the hospital, the banking system docking to take into account the sides of the two sides.
