1 绪论
沥青料混合搅拌设备以及沥青混合料的振动筛分设备是沥青路面施工机械中的最 核心设备, 这些设备在我国的沥青公路施工中被想当广泛地使用。 而振动筛作为筛分沥 青混合料设备中的主要机械设备, 其筛分效率和生产率如何将会直接对往后的沥青公路 路面质量有着极其重要的影响。 通过在生产现场的实际发现: 有些直线振动筛的筛分效 率要远低于国家标准, 产量也不能达到设计值, 已成为限制我国沥青公路建设质量的一 个重大问题, 然而深层次的原因就是缺乏对沥青混合料搅拌设备所用的振动筛进行很长 深入研究。

I摘要Fra bibliotek随着现如今社会的高速发展发展,通过利用机械产生振动的设备在许多领域中 得到了广泛的应用,把过去的弊端编程对自己有利的东西。首当其冲,振动筛它是利用 振动原理完成物料筛分的机械设备。现在已经广泛用于各个工业部门中,用以完成各种 不同的工作,成为了原材料筛分的重要设备,特别是道路交通建设。尤其是近几年,中 国交通运输部规划了 21 世纪中叶的公路交通发展目标。 届时高速公路将会超过 15 万公 里,全国总公路里程将超过 350 万公里。沥青混合料是沥青路面施工最常用的材料,在 我国的公路施工中被广泛应用。振动筛作为沥青混合料搅拌设备筛分设备中的核心设 备,其生产量和生产质量对公路路面质量有非常重大的影响。 本课题主要以沥青搅拌设备中的振动筛为研究对象,对现在市面上已经有的各种 不同用途振动筛进行考察分析,总结出筛分不同物料所用的振动参数有何不同,设计出 符合现在中国沥青大量需求,符合沥青筛选的求的振动筛,采用对其进行运动学分析, 受力分析,传动情况分析,运用相应的分析方法,对振动筛的相关特性进行分析计算, 做出整个完整机械的 A0 号总装图,并将其中一些主要零件绘制出工程图,用于加工。

ABSTRACT
Nowadays with the rapid development of social development, by using mechanical vibration device has been widely used in many fields, the disadvantages of the past programming in their favor. Borne the brunt of the vibrating screen material it is done by using the theory of vibration screening machinery and equipment. Is now widely used in various industrial sectors, in order to complete various tasks, become the important raw material screening equipment, especially the construction of road traffic. Especially in recent years, China's ministry of transport planning in highway traffic development goals in the middle of the 21st century. The highway will be more than 150000 kilometers, the total road mileage will exceed 3.5 million kilometers. Asphalt mixture is the most commonly used materials, construction of asphalt pavement is widely used in road construction in our country. Vibrating screen as the core equipment in bitumen mixture equipments, its production and production quality has a significant impact on the quality of road surface. This topic mainly for asphalt mixing equipment of vibrating screen as the research object, for now on the market have some investigation and analysis of various USES vibrating screen, summed up the screening of different materials used in the difference of vibration parameters, the design can meet the demand of asphalt of China now, in accordance with asphalt screening of vibrating screen, carries on the kinematics analysis, force analysis, analysis of the transmission by using the corresponding analysis method, the analysis of the relevant characteristics of vibrating screen, make the whole complete mechanical assembly diagram of A0, mapped the engineering drawing and some of the main parts, used for processing.
