急性咽炎
急性咽炎是咽粘膜，并波及粘膜下及淋巴组织的急性 炎症，常继发于急性鼻炎或急性扁桃体之后或为上呼 吸道感染之一部分。亦常为全身疾病的局部表现或为 急性传染病之前驱症状。
病因
1、常因受凉，过度疲劳，烟酒过度等致全身及局部抵抗力下降，病 原微生物乘虚而入而引发本病。

3、检查口咽及鼻咽粘膜弥漫性充血、肿胀、腭弓及悬壅垂水肿，咽后壁 淋巴滤泡和咽侧索红肿；表面有黄白色点状渗出物。下颌淋巴结肿大 并有压痛。根据病原的不同白细胞可增多，正常或减少。
治疗
1、行对症治疗，通畅大便，多饮水。 2、发热者应用抗生素、磺胺类药和抗病毒药（如吗啉双胍、金刚胺、病毒
灵等）。 3、局部可用1：5000呋喃西林液或复硼砂液漱口，杜来芬、洗必太、薄
荷片或含碘片含化，或抗生素加激素雾化吸入。 4、中医中药治疗：可选用银翘散、牛黄解毒丸、解毒消炎丸、六神丸内服。
局部可用冰硼散或锡类散吹入咽中。针刺颊车，合谷，少商或作下颌角 封闭，可使炎症消退，止痛效果尤佳。
慢性咽炎
慢性咽炎系咽粘膜的慢性炎症。常为呼吸道慢性炎症的一 部分。本病多见，病程长，症状顽固，治疗困难。

病因
（一）局部因素： （1）多为急性咽炎反复发作或延误治疗转为慢性； （2）患有各种鼻病，因鼻阻塞而长期张口呼吸及鼻腔分泌物下流，致长期刺激
咽部，或慢性扁桃体炎，龋病等影响所致。 （二）物理化学因素刺激：
如粉尘、颈部放疗、长期接触化学气体、烟酒过度等都可引起本病。 （三）全身因素：
各种慢性病，如贫血、便秘、下呼吸道慢性炎症，心血管疾病，新陈代谢 障碍，肝脏及肾脏病等都可继发本病。

2、营养不良，患慢性心、肾、关节疾病，生活及工作环境不佳，经 常接触高温、粉尘、有害刺激气体等皆易罹本病。
3、病原微生物主要为溶血性链球菌，肺炎双球菌、流行性感冒杆菌 及病毒。
临床表现
1、起病急、初起时咽部干燥、灼热、继之疼痛，吞咽时加重，并可放射 至耳部。
2、全身不适、关节酸困、头痛、食欲不振，并有不同程度的发热，体温 可升高至38°C 。
