The school plans to stop serving junk food at the dining hall because it can make the food healthier and save money for students. 【学生态度】:The man disagrees. 1. The food at the dining hall is already good enough, and there’s no need to stop eating junk food altogether.
2. If students can’t get what they want on campus, they will have to go off campus and pay off-campus prices which are more expensive.

Rational ignorance:
When people make a big purchase, they are willing to take time to learn about it, but not when they buy unimportant things. 【教授举例】:
When people buy cars, they will spend a lot of time comparing different models and prices. But when they buy small things like battery, they will buy a package or something on sale without thinking too much.
