Service Commitment
一、以《旅游饭店星级的划分与评定》标准、《中国旅游饭店行业规范》、《中国饭店行业服务礼仪规范》为依据,认真贯彻落实国家旅游局《旅游服务质量提升钢要(2009-2015)》,坚持“宾客至上,质量第一”的服务宗旨,持续提升本饭店的服务质量。
1、We will conscientiously implement The Improvement Programs of Tourism Service Quality(2009-2015),adhere to the service principle of the”customers first,quality first”,Continuously improve our hotel service quality,based on the standard of the Tourist Hotel Classification And Evaluation,the Chinese Tourist Hotel Industry Norms,and the Chinese Hotel Industry Service Etiquette”.
二、以行业自律为基础,优质服务为手段开展公开竞争,自觉抵制削价竞争,虚假折扣和降价争夺同行客户等扰乱旅游市场秩序的行为,坚决做到服务质量与星级标准相符、质价相符、优质优价。
2、We will insist on service quality conforming to stat-rated standards,quality conforming to the price,high quality and high price by means of self-discipline,high-quality services in order to carry out fair competition to boycott price wars,false price discount and market disturbing behavior of price cutting for winning over customers.
三、进一步完善并落实消防、安全、卫生、防疫等管理制度,加强对经营设备服务设施的维护保养,消除安全隐患,避免重大安全事故,健全应急预案制度,切实保障顾客人身和财产安全。
为宾客提供安全、舒适、方便的消费环境。
3、To provide safe,comfortable,convenient environment to our guests,we will further perfect and carry out our management systems of fire control,safety,sanitation epidemic prevention,reinforce the maintenance for business equipment and service facilities,improve emergency plan system,ensure customer personal and property security to eliminate safety risks and to avoid serious accidents.
四、以人性化服务为方向,进一步提高服务效率,为宾馆提供更舒适的居住环境。
4、We will surely provide guests a more comfortable living environment with service efficiency,humanized service-orientation.
五、为宾馆提供优质美味有利健康的绿色餐饮产品。
坚决不使用危害健康的食品添加剂或色素,坚决不采用未经检疫检验的餐饮原料和国家保护的野生动植物原料。
5、We promise to provide guests high-quality healthy green food products,not using health hazard of food additives or pigment,nor adopting the catering materials without quarantine inspection and national protection of wildlife raw materials.
六、为宾馆提供优质舒适快捷的餐饮服务。
6、We will certainly offer guests superior comfortable speeds food and beverage service.。
