结构说明
本系列泵为单吸多级分段式离心泵,整个转子由两端的滚动轴承支承,壳体为节段式,主 要由吸入段、吐出段、导叶、填料函体、叶轮、轴、平衡盘(或平衡鼓)等组成。
本系列的泵体为泵脚支承,泵进出口位置为顶进顶出。 泵前后填料函和轴承体各设有一个冷却夹套,泵工作时需通用冷却水,能有效降低填料 函和轴承室的工作温度。 泵轴封一般采用填料密封。需要采用机械密封时,应在订货时特别说明。 泵的轴承采用脂润滑(钙基润滑脂或二硫化钼锂基脂),仅 DG85-67 及 DG155-67 轴承采用 稀油润滑。 从驱动端看,泵为顺时针方向旋转。

出水处压力表显 示有压力而出水 管仍不出水。

A.起动 (1)检查泵轴手转无卡住现象。 (2)检查电机转向是否正确。 (3)输送介质温度较高时,泵必须预先逐步升温,当温度升到运转温度时,方可起动。 (4)打开吸入管闸阀(如非倒灌则需灌泵),使泵内充满液体。关闭出口闸阀及压力表旋塞, 然后起动电机,开压力表,慢慢打开闸阀到所需压力。
B.停车 (1)将泵出口闸阀关到最小流量,关闭电机,然后关闭压力表。 (2)泵停稳后再关闭泵吸入阀。

概述
DG 系列锅炉给水泵属单吸多级节段式多级泵,适用于中小型锅炉给水或输送类似的热 水等场合,输送介质温度一般不大于 110℃,如果介质温度超过这个温度请在订货时说明。
本系列泵性能范围:流量 6.3~185(米 3/时),扬程 50~698(米)。 泵型号意义:以 DG46-50×6 为例。
DG--------锅炉给水泵。 46--------泵设计点流量(m3/h) 50--------泵设计点单级扬程(m) 6---------泵级数(叶轮数)
所输送液体温度过高。 z
调节闸阀以降低流量; 检查吸入管道,检查底阀; 减小吸水高度; 拧紧或堵塞漏气处; 降低液体温度。

泵装配要求
本型泵装配质量的好坏对泵的性能及运行稳定性影响特别显著,泵装配好后转子轴向串动
量应符合下表要求。

附 1:DG85-67 和 DG155-67 泵轴承加油方法 (润滑油牌号:N32 号机械油。)
步骤 1:拧松螺钉,将油位计向上抽出。 从轴承体上部 A 孔加油,油位控制在图中的 10mm 处。
步骤 2:翻转油位计,往油位计中加入大 半杯油。
步骤 3:将油位计装回原位,拧紧螺钉。
注意: 油位切勿加多,否则会造成漏油。


解决方法
水泵不吸水,压力 表及真空表的指 针剧烈跳动。

注入水泵的水不够; 进水管或仪表漏气。
z 再往水泵内注水; z 拧紧或堵塞漏气处。
水泵不吸水,真空 表显示高度真空。
