2.将软件安装程序拷入电脑内，选定安装程序ｓｅｔｕｐ．ｅｘｅ，双击此程序，按照提示将操作软件安装到控制电脑中

4. In this condition, you should lift andpress theplungerhandlesome times by hand to let the air out from the valve body. And then stainless steel bolt would be got out from the upper-foresideM4 of the valve. After the air get out and colorant effuse from theventage, you shouldfastenthe screw. (Please pay attention toscrewingslowly to avoid color syrup escaped more.) In this way it can make sure that no air remainsin thevalve interiorly, andguaranteeaccuracy.The next step is to add colorant into the stainless steel can, and pay attention to not soiling the beater. Remember to press the piston into the bottom of the can after adding colorant, moreover, L sharp switch should be same as above-picture.
4. Place sliding shelf in front of the colorant dispenser, open rear shelf rail of the machine, ensure the supply pump on elevated cylinder completely over the hole of the front shelf rail and mounted with rear cylinder. Fit the two bolts, picking from the accessory M8, onto the below part of U-shape of the sliding shelf, insert sliding shelf front extend into the below U-shape of dispenser body until the shelf touch the front shelf rail of colorant dispenser. Screw M8 to fix the sliding shelf, regulate support leg to level countertop.
5.将左右辊道前部M6蝶形螺母卸下，分清左右辊道架（可参考下图），将后部螺栓对准调色机主体前伸的辊道安装用凸台上的孔，用先前卸下的M6蝶形螺母将两者固定住。调节调节脚杯使辊道水平
5. Remove the butterfly nut from the front both on the left/right roller track, make clear which roller shelf is left/right (See the following diagram),make the rear bolt aim at the hole of the roller of the colorant dispenser,fix which with the above removed M6 butterfly bolt. Regulate the support leg to level roller.

6.将护罩安放到辊道及升降台前部，将脚踏开关放在护罩中部缺口处

2.将包装箱内除调色机主体所有其他部分拆出拿下
2.Remove all matters except colorant dispenser of the packing box.
3.将调色机与木制底托分离后推放到合适位置，升起脚杯上调色螺母，使滚轮稍微脱离地面即可
3. Separate the dispenser from wooden floor stand and push it on a suitable place, raise the colorant bolt on support legs until the roller not keep touch from the floor.

安装方式：
Installation
1.用扳手将木箱四周螺栓拆下，将四周护板拆下
1.Remove all bolts around wood box with spanner, as well as shelf around.
调色机主体：Mainbody of automatic dispenser 左辊道：Left roll conveyor
护罩：Hoodshield 升降台：Sliding shelf 右辊道：Right roll conveyor
上盖板：Front cover 前护板：Front protection 左辊道安装用凸台：
8.将调色机电源线及电脑连接线穿过后护板开口连接到电控箱后部电源插座及电控串行插口
8. Connect power cable of colorant dispenser and computer wire to power supply socket of electronic control box rear and cluster faucet of electronic controls via the opening of the rear shelf.
4.在此状态下用手提压活塞杆多次，将阀体内部气体尽量排出。而后将墨阀上前部M4不锈钢螺钉拧下，等气体从小孔排尽到色浆流出来后再将螺钉拧上（注意拧螺钉时动作缓慢，防止色浆溢出过多），这样可以保证墨阀内部无气体残存，保证精度。而后将该加注的油墨加注到不锈钢墨罐中，不要沾染到搅拌轴上。注意每做完一个色浆罐的加注都要将活塞压到最底部，同时Ｌ形开关确保为上图状态。
3.在程序内用维护功能将需加注色浆的罐转到加注位置，打开塑料透明盖，向内部灌入色浆。请注意第一次向墨罐内加注色浆时，先倒入约２００ｍｌ色浆，用手扳动Ｌ形开关到如下状态
3. Switch the canister that needs to be filled colorant to the right place with maintenance function in process, open plastic transparent lid into which fill colorant. Please take care that when fill colorant into canister for the first time, please pour about 200 ml colorant at first and pull the L-shape switch with hand like the following diagram.
9.至此安装工作完成
