Shipping Mark: The Sellers shall mark on each package with fadeless paint the package number, gross weight, net weight, measurement and the wordings: “ KEEPAWAY FROM MOISTURE” “, HANDLEWITH CARE” “ THIS SIDE UP ” , etc., and the shipping mark:9. 单据Documents:(1) 海运In case of sea-freight: 全套清洁海运提单, 并注明“运费预付”合,同号、装运标记，作成空白背书，并加注买方。
One full set of clean on board ocean bills of lading marked freight prepaid ”“, Contract No. And shipping mark made out to order , blank endorsed.(2) 发票五份, 注明合同号和唛头(如有一个以上唛头, 应分别出具发票)及合同中其他细节。
Invoice in 5 copies indicatingcontract number and shipping mark ( in case of more than one shipping mark, the invoice shall be issued separately), made out in details as per relative contract.(3) 两份由制造厂商出具的装箱单Packing list in 2 copies issued by the Manufacturers.(4) 制造厂商出具的品质和数量证明Certificate of Quality and Quantity issued by the Manufacturers.(5) 装运後给买方发送的装运通知传真副本Copy of cable/letter to the Buyers advising particulars of shipment immediately aftershipment is made.(6) 非木质包装证明(如为非木箱包装)或IPPC证明。
Certificate of non-wooden packing if packing isnoon-wooden case or the certificate of IPPC.(7) 保险单正本副本各1份，注明投保一切险，并注明货物到达後如发现残损情况须向到货口岸的中国商品检验局申请检验Insurance certificate, covering all risks and indicating "In the event of loss or damage, request for inspection by ChinaCommodity Inspection Bureau of the port upon arrival of the cargo at theport of destination ". 1 originals and 1 copy.(8) 产地证明正本副本各 1 份Certificate of Origin; 1 originals and 1 copy 。
装运後 3 个工作日内，卖方应用快邮寄出前述单据一套(第5项除外)直接寄给买方The Sellers shall, within 3 days after shipment, send by airmail one extra set of the aforesaid documents (except item 5), directly to the Buyers.10. 交货通知Shipping Advice:卖方在交货後, 即将合同号、品名、件数、毛/ 净重、发票金额及船名和发货日期用传真通知买方。
The Sellers shall, immediately upon the completion of the loading of the goods , advice by fax the Buyers ofthe Contract No., commodity, quantity, gross and net weight, invoice value, name of vessel and date of sailing etc..11. 品质保证Guarantee of Quality:卖方保证本合同项下的商品是用最好的材料并由一流的加工工艺制造的、崭新的、未使用过的，并且符合本合同规定的品质和规格。
质保期自设备最终验收合格之日起十二个月。
The Sellers guara ntee that the commodity hereof is made of the best materials with first class workma nship, brand new and unu sed, and complies in all respects with the quality and specificati on stipulated in this Con tract. The guara ntee period shall be 12 months co unting from the date on which the Final Accepta nee Certificate has bee n sig ned by the En duser and the Seller.12. 索赔Claims:如商品品质、规格或数量与本合同的规定不符，并且此不符不应由保险公司或承运人负责，则买方有权在商品到达目的港九十天内，凭中华人民共和国国家进出口商品检验局出具的商检证书，向卖方索赔或要求更换新的商品，并且所有费用(如商检费、返修件和更换件的运费、保险费、仓储费以及装卸费等)由卖方承担。
关於品质，卖方应保证：在货物抵达目的港後十二个月内，如出现使用过程中因品质不良、工艺低劣或采用劣质材料而导致的残损，买方应立即用书面方式通知卖方并提交一份附由中华人民共和国国家进出口商品检验局出具的商检证书的索赔函。
以上证书应被视为索赔依据。
根据买方的索赔函，卖方应负责立即排除商品残缺，部分或全部更换商品或按照残损状况进行降价处理。
如有必要，买方可自行消除残损，费用由卖方承担。
如卖方在收到上述索赔函後一个月内仍未作答复，此项索赔要求可被视作已为卖方接受。
With in 90 days after the arrival of the goods at dest in ati on，should the quality，specificati on，or qua ntity be found not in con formity with the stipulati ons of the Con tract except those claims for which the in sura nee company or the owners of the vessel are liable，the Buyers shall，on the strength of the Inspection Certificate issued by the Jiangsu Commodity Inspection Bureau，have the right to claim for replacement with new goods，or for compensation，and all the expenses ( such as inspection charges，freight for returning the goods and for sending the replaceme nt，i nsura nee premium，storage and loadi ng and uni oadi ng charges，etc. ) shall be borne by the Sellers. As regards quality，the Sellers shall guara ntee that if within 12 mon ths from the date of arrival of the goods at destination，damages occur in the course of operation by reason of inferior quality，bad workmanship or the use of inferior materials，the Buyers shall immediately notify the Sellers in writing and put forward a claim supported by in spect ion Certificate issued by the Jia ngsu Commodity In spect ion Bureau.The Certificate issued shall be accepted as the base of a claim. The Sellers，in accorda nee with the Buyers claim shall be resp on sible for the immediate elim in ati on of the defect(s)，complete or partial replaceme nt of the commodity or shall devaluate the commodity accord ing to the state of defect(s). If n ecessary，the Buyers shall be at liberty to elimi nate the defect(s) themselves at the Sellers ' expe nses. If the Sellers fail to an swer the within one mon th after receipt of the aforesaid claim，the claim shall be reck oned as hav ing bee n accepted by the Sellers.13. 不可抗力Force Majeure:无论在商品制造或装运或转运期间，如有不可抗力事件发生，卖方将不对由此而导致的逾期或不能交货负责。
