管理科学与工程学科（120100）攻读博士学位研究生培养方案一、培养目标本学科培养具有扎实的现代管理科学理论基础，具备独立分析和解决实际问题的能力，能够胜任管理科学与工程理论研究和实际运用，为政府部门、各类企业提供管理决策咨询等工作的专业人才。
对博士生培养的基本要求如下：1．掌握马克思主义的基本原理，坚持党的基本路线，热爱祖国，遵纪守法，品德优良，学风严谨，有较强的事业心和为祖国富强的献身精神，积极为中国的社会主义现代化建设服务。
2．掌握管理学、经济学、运筹学、概率与统计方法、计算机应用等方面坚实的基础理论知识和专业技能，以及管理科学与工程某一个研究方向系统深入的专门知识，具有独立从事科学研究工作的能力，能做出创造性的研究成果。
3．熟练掌握一门以上外语，具有较强的表达能力和沟通能力，身心健康。
二、学习年限本学科博士研究生学制为3年；硕博连读为4.5年；学习年限最多8年。
三、主要研究方向1．管理科学2．电子商务与信息管理3．工业工程与质量管理4. 创新与知识管理5. 金融工程与风险管理6. 营运与物流管理7. 工程与项目管理8. 知识产权管理四、课程设置（见表）本专业至少取得19学分，其中学位课14学分，必修课5学分。
博士在读期间要求参加学术研讨，在讨论班上以及在国内外学术会议上报告10次以上。
五、培养计划制定学生在入学之后，先确定导师，在导师的指导下一个月内制定自己的学习培养计划，并上报研究生部。
六、论文工作1.开题报告(1) 选题：论文题目应与本专业的前沿研究相关或者来自与本专业有关的经济与管理中的实际问题；(2) 开题时间：应在入学第二年的第一个学期进行开题报告（对3年制博士生）、或者在第二年最后一个学期（对硕博连读生在硕士入学后、在职博士生）；(3) 开题条件：应修满上述第四款中规定的学分；(4) 开题报告内容：开题报告应按类似于国家自然科学基金申请书的格式撰写（其中包括选题的意义与创新之处及相应的文献综述、研究内容、难点与特点、拟采用的研究方法或研究方案、预期成果、参考文献（不少于80篇，其中外文文献一般不少于50篇），其中文献综述部分还要另外单附；(5) 开题报告的评审：进行公开报告，本学科点的所有导师作为当然评委，通过后方可进入学位论文的撰写阶段。
2.阶段报告在开题报告通过后一年，进行学位论文中期检查。
中期检查进行公开报告，本学科点的所有导师作为当然评委。
评审不合格的，将给予警告，半年后再次进行中期检查，连续两次不合格的，将取消其撰写学位论文资格。
3.论文答辩学位论文的答辩分预答辩、通信评审、答辩三个环节。
a) 预答辩的必要条件是必须同时满足以下三点：(a) 完成学位论文，(b) 发表和录用的学术论文按照管理学院研究生毕业的学术标准（2015版）执行，(c) 指导教师同意进行预答辩。
预答辩由本学科点组织，本学科点所有导师是当然评委。
b) 通信评审：预答辩通过的，按照预答辩中大家所提意见对学位论文进行修改后，方可提交学位论文以进行通信评审。
通信评审的同行专家至少7名，其中“双盲”评审专家2名。
c) 答辩：全部评审专家都同意答辩的，在按照评审专家所提意见对学位论文进行修改之后，方可组织答辩，答辩按照研究生部的规定进行，答辩委员会中须有参加过预答辩的老师。
未通过答辩的，按研究生部的相应规定处理。
管理科学与工程学科攻读博士学位研究生课程设置Management Science and Engineering（120100）Ph.D.Degree Program1、ObjectivesThis program aims to cultivate professional talents with strong background on modern management theory, dependent analytical skills, problem solving capability for some administration and consulting jobs in governments, institutes, and companies.Some basic requirements:1. Obey to the basic rules and policies established by CPC, and be willing to devote to the modernization of China.2. Have ability and knowledge on management, economics, operations research, statistics, computer applications.3. Can speak at least one foreign language, good at communication, healthy on body and heart.2、Duration3 years; 4.5 years if master-doctoral continuous study; at most 6 years.3、Research Areas1. Report for determining theme of the dissertation;(1) Title and theme：it should origin from some new academic research problems or some important realistic problems in the fields of economics and management;(2) Time：the first semester of the second year（for 3 year Ph.D. students）、or the last semester of the second years（for master-doctoral continuous students）;(3) Requirements：finish the credits according the above rule 4;(4) Content of report：the format is similar as the format of NSFC proposal.(5) Review of the report：all the Ph.D. advisors are the referees.2. Stage reportsMiddle term check at the one year after the above report of establishing the dissertation’s theme. If fail after the middle term check, the students will be gave warning and be rechecked after half year If fail again, their qualifications for finishing the Ph.D. study will be cancelled.3. Oral defenseIt contains three stages: pre oral defense, peer review, formal oral defense.a) The requirement for pre oral defense are as follows: (a) finish the dissertation,(b)publish 1 level-one paper, or 2 level-two papers, or 3 level-three papers, (c) students’Ph.D. advisor agree.b) Peer review.
