The book shares practical, grounded and detailed principles for life and work, which is a condensed library of author's experienced and insightful understandings toward both areas. He argues that life, management, economics, and investing can all be systemized into rules and understood like machines. I am amazed by his discipline in constantly refining, summarizing and reapplying those successful principles, which is I learnt the most from this book. I would like to use this book as a handbook, whenever I have a specific problem or question which needs for an answer. That’s all, thanks!5. time management &study habitsIt is very important to manage time wisely, there are some methods I use. Firstly, I use a masterschedule to help me keep track of all the things that I need to do. Knowing what I have to do and when to finish it make me prepare better to meet deadlines. Secondly, I will break the big task down until they are small enough to know how long it will take. Then make monthly, weekly and daily plans according to my own situation and leave a blank space for unknown activities. I usually m ake a “to do” list by priority the night before then follow the schedule closely. Thirdly, full engagement is also important. I usually meditate for a few minutes to restore energy and fuel positive emotions . That help me perform better. In a word (above all) , time management is really self-management. Agood habit of dealing with time helps me to keep energetic and in a positive mood, contributing to efficient completion of tasks.6. achievement & obstacles and solutionWhen we do the _____, involving many restaurants, beauty shops and small industrial enterprises. But their ecological awareness need to be further improved and we must urge them to collaborate with our job, leading to too much extra work. And it’s hard to put forward since we have no enforcement power. Then we cooperate with ecological environment bureau, requiring the businesses to go through EIA(evironmental impact assessment)procedure, which guaranteerainwater and sewage separate reconstruction. Without the assessment, they will be punished. Then they actively cooperate with the interception so that we achieved notable results. What I learned from it is that only by adopting the right methods can we achieve satisfied results. My mother is a teacher of kindergarden and she is very kind and diligent. And she is also my role model, playing a very important role in forming my philosophy of life. Shanxi is known as the cradle[ˈkreɪdl] of Chinese civilization, with a long history and traditional culture. It is said many mythologies happened here. One of the earliest ancestors of the Chinese, emperor yan, was said to have lived around changzhi, where I grow up. Others like houyi shut down suns, jingwei filled up the sea. Besides, It is also called "Museum of ancient Chinese architecture," many of remained ancient structures were built before the Liao and Song Dynasties, such as Yungang Grottoes [ˈgrɑˌtoʊz], the ancient city of Pingyao, the Wooden Pagoda[pəˈɡoʊdə] of Yingxian County and the Shuanglin and Jinci Temples, there are still many unknown but precious ancient buildings, which are well worth the long journeys for the visitors.
