5. 博士学历及学位证书或博士论文答辩决议
The Ph.D Degree Certificate or the Final Decision of Competitive Examination for the Equivalent Degree
6. 博士后工作协议书
Work Agreement of Post-doctoral Fellowship Program
7. 身份证原件及复印件
An Original and A Copy of Permanent Residence ID
