条件状语从句三“注意”

A. 用所给动词的正确时态填空。

1. If tigers (live) in the wild, they will hunt for food on their own.

B. 改写同义句，每空一词。

【融会贯通】
一、位置
条件状语从句通常由if引导，if的含义是“如果、假如”。

从句的位置灵活，可放在主句前面或后面。

如：
If they are in danger, bears will attack people.
= Bears will attack people if they are in danger.
如果熊处在危险中，它们会袭击人的。

二、时态
if条件从句中，主句常用一般将来时，从句常用一般现在时代替将来。

如：
If I’m free tomorrow, I’ll come to see you.
如果我明天有空，我会来看你。

You will find out its meaning if you look it up in the dictionary.
如果你查字典，你将会查到它的含义。

三、转换
在英语口语中，我们常用“祈使句+ and / or + 陈述句”与if条件句转换。

如：
If you work harder, you’ll pass the English exam.
如果你再努力些，你就会通过英语考试。
