合同签订注意事项
一 、甲 乙 双 方 应 保 证 向 对 方 提 供 的 与 履 行 合 同 有 关 的 各 项 信 息 真 实 、 有效。
二 、甲 乙 双 方 签 订 本 合 同 书 时 ，凡 需 要 双 方 协 商 约 定 的 内 容 ，经 双 方协商 一致 后填写在相应 的空 格内。
五 、本合同应使 钢笔或签字笔填写 ，字 迹清楚 ，文 字简练、 准确 ， 不得涂 改。

三 、签 订 本 合 同 书 时 ，甲 方 应 加 盖 公 章 ；法 定 代 表 人 或 主 要 负 责 人 应 本 人 签 字 或 盖 章 ；乙 方 应 加 盖 公 章 ；法 定 代 表 人 或 主 要 负 责 人 应 本 人 签字或 盖章 。
四 、甲 乙 双 方 约 定 的 其 他 内 容 ，合 同 的 变 更 等 内 容 在 本 合 同 内 填 写 不下时 ，可 另附纸。
