1OBJECTIVE目的The objective of this procedure is to set up a guide line to identify products and keep good productstraceability in TQSP.本程序的目的是在青岛泰纳瑞斯建立标识产品和保持良好的产品可追溯性的操作指南。
2SCOPE范围This document is applicable to the identification and status of material and product processed in TQSP.本文件适应于泰纳瑞斯青岛钢管厂生产过程中材料和产品的标识和状态。

Warehouse keeper is responsible for identification of all material stored in the warehouse,andmaintaining the integrity of identification.仓库管理员负责仓贮物料的标识和维持标识的完整性。
Production inspectors and operators of each process are responsible to identify the product and non-conforming material during the processes.根据可追溯性的要求，生产各工序的检验员和操作员负责生产过程中的合格品与不合格品的标识。
The Quality Verifier is responsible for monitoring and supervising if the conformity and non-conformity product is identified correctly according to this procedure and the related production procedures.质量巡检员负责监测和监督合格品与不合格品的标识是否按本程序和对应的生产程序执行。
6DEVELOPMENT程序6.1IDENTIFICATION PROCEDUREFrom the incoming material to the final product dispatch, the identification and traceability shall be conduct as Annex 9.1 attached.从进料到最终产品发货，标识和追溯性按附件9.1的要求执行。
Note/注：When required by production, storage or pipe repair purpose, the bundle of tubular material may need to be split, the new bundle number shall be created to the new bundle in computer system.当生产、贮存或钢管修理要求时，可能需对原有的捆(管材)进行拆分，并在电脑系统中添加新捆号。
During production processes, new bundle number shall be created for the product in computer system forthe following condition:在生产过程中，以以下条件下产品应在电脑系统中创建新的捆号：·After the swaging and stress relief or rusting removal process, before sending to a temporary storage area.在环锻锻和应力消除工序，送往临时贮存区之前。
·After make-up process, before sending to a temporary storage area.在拧接工序，送往临时贮存区之前。
·Rejection in the middle of processes.过程中的不合格品。
The new bundle shall be tagged with at least 1 tags, with the following information: WO#, Heat #, Bundle #, Grade, OD, Wall, Piece count,pipe #,Status, Location.And record all the information into computersystem.新捆应附加至少一个标签，标签包含以下信息：工作单号、炉号、捆号、钢级、外径、壁厚、数量、管号、产品状态、位置。
并把信息录入电脑系统中。
In addition, after the final step –WMS process, before sending to a temporary storage area, the new bundle number shall be created to the new bundle in APT system. The information on the tags is similar to above.另外，在最终工序—WMS工序，在送到临时贮存区之前，新的捆号应在APT系统中创建新的捆号。
标签信息与以上类似。
Before shipping the material out, SC logistics shall check and remove all the temporary tags.在发货前，供应链物流应检查并除去所有临时的标签。
6.2API MONOGRAM PROCEDURE1.The API Monogram can only be used in TQSP after granted as API Licensee.API会标在获得API执照后方可且只使用在泰纳瑞斯青岛工厂。
2.API product monogram marking shall follow API 5CT and API Q1 latest version and shall be applied bythe WMS operator according to the relevant Process Control List issued by the Technical Assistant inwhich the marking template is defined.The API Monogram shall be applied at the position behind theAPI license number and before the manufacture date near the coupling end of the conformance pipe.API产品会标的添加应按照API 5CT和API Q1最新版本的规定，并在具体操作中按照技术助理发布的相关过程控制规范由WMS操作工进行。
过程控制规范中应规定喷标格式。
API会标应添加在合格管子上接箍端API执照号码后面和生产日期的前面的位置。
3.After the WMS process, if the product found to be nonconformance, the API monogram shall beremoved. The removal shall only be done by WMS operator under authorization of ProductionSupervisor with the supervision of Verifier of Quality Department.在WMS过程结束后，若产品发现不合格情况，则API会标必须除去。
