There’s no doubt that different people have different goals in their lives, and they may have various answers to this question. My opinion is that the most important thing in my life is health.
First of all, life is short for everyone. Without health, we won’t have enough time to accomplish what we plan to do. We are entering a brand new century, blessed with new opportunities and faced with challenges. Without a healthy body, how can we catch up with the rapid changing world?
