《水泥工程》2010-3Discussion on energy saving and emission reduction of building material industry in the trend of low-carbon economyThe requirements and trend of low-cabon economy in domestic and oversea was summarized, and the development of building material industry and the state of it’s energy consumption ,solid waste usage ,main pollutant discharge and the preventions were introduced.The gap between China and develop countries in energy saving and emission reduction and pollution control of building material industry as well as the problems were pointed out.Finally,several suggestions of realizing saving energy and emission reduction were put forward.浅谈低炭经济趋势下建材工业的节能减排概述了国内外低炭经济发展的要求和趋势,介绍了建材工业的发展状况以及建材工业能源消耗、固体废物利用和主要污染物排放水平和治理现状;指出了我国建材行业在节能减排、污染防治方面与世界发达国家的差距以及存在的诸多问题;最后提出了为实现建材行业节能减排目标的几个方面的建议。

The results show that the vertical mill finishing system has the simplest flow and lowest energy consumption which is the preferred cement plan ,and the flow and energy consumption of the combined grinding system of roller press+ball mill (with whirling fluid separator) and the combined grinding system of vertical mill+ball mill is similar which can be the following preferred plan,and the open circuit and semi-open circuit grinding system of roller press+ball mill have the most disadvantage which should be selected never.几种典型水泥粉磨系统的比较水泥粉磨系统已由早先的球磨机系统逐步发展到现在的球磨机+辊压机系统和立磨系统。

通过分析流程和主要配置及运行参数,归类出比较典型的七种水泥粉磨系统的技术性能特点。

其中,立磨终粉磨系统流程最简单,能耗最低,是水泥粉磨方案的首选;辊压机+球磨(带涡流选粉机)组成的联合粉磨系统及立磨和球磨组成的联合粉磨系统流程相近,能耗相近,可作为水泥粉磨系统的优选方案;辊压机和球磨机组成的开流及半开流系统缺点最多,应尽量避免选用。

Investigation of the influence of modulus on free CaO and sintering of cement clinkerBase on the practical production modulus of KH=0.92 ,SM=2.58,IM=1.75,one of the modulus changed ,three test specimens were made by raw meal,clay and some adjusting material,and the test clinker was made by firing the specimens at 1400℃ for 40 min.Influence of modulus on free CaO and sintering of the three group of clinker was investigated contrastively.The analysis results showed that KH and SM’s influence on the free CaO and sintering of the clinker is more than that of IM and with KH and SM increasing,the clinker sintering decreased and the free CaO content rised.率值对熟料烧结和氧化钙结合程度的影响研究以实际生产率值KH=0.92,SM=2.58,IM=1.75为基础,用生产线生料、黏土和调整组分,分别变化其中一个率值制作了三组试件,并经实验电炉1400℃烧制40min而形成水泥熟料。
