中国海洋产业研究进展与展望

在研究方法上借助 CiteSpace 科学计量可视化 软件进行统计分析，对研究群体、研究机构利用可 视化图谱呈现研究特点和研究变化。同时，利用 excel 对文献进行统计归类分析，以揭示文献数量变 化特征和时间变化特征。
2 海洋产业研究总体特征
2.1 研究时段及其特点 根据研究文献的发表时间和数量特征，可以将
在高速增长阶段，海洋产业论文数量呈现出爆 发式增长的特点。仅 2013 年论文数量就达到了 143 篇。这一时期的国家海洋经济发展战略的相关 规划是推动研究论文数量增加的重要因素。具体 来说，2007 年“十七大”提出了“开发海洋产业”、 2012 年“十八大”提出“建设海洋强国”、2012 年国 务院出台《全国海洋经济发展“十二五”规划》。但 随着“十八大”强调海洋生态文明建设，海洋生态环 境保护与可持续发展成为海洋经济领域新的研究 热点，海洋产业的关注度有所下降，并导致 2014 年 的海洋产业论文数量出现较大的下降。 2.2 研究人员与机构 2.2.1 主要研究团队及其分布

海洋产业相关的期刊论文很多，且层次水平参
差不齐。为了更准确地了解国内海洋产业研究动 态，本文选取中国学术期刊出版总库（CNKI 总库） 中的核心期刊和中国社会科学引文数据库（CSSCI 数据库）期刊作为样本，选择时间截止到 2014 年 12 月 31 日，分别以“海洋产业”为主题、关键词、篇名， 对文献进行精准匹配检索，得到 1 814 条检索结 果。通过对数据样本进行整理，删除名不副实的检 索结果，共得到 1 308 篇文献。
国内学者从 1983 年开始着手海洋经济方面的 研究［1］，海洋产业相关研究文献数量在近年增长迅 速。传统海洋产业研究重点领域包括海洋和沿海 地区开发的宏观政策指导、海洋产业结构、海洋产 业空间布局、海洋产业集聚等方面［2-3］。宏观上看， 海洋产业相关研究从区域海洋资源开发和海洋产业 结构优化延伸到海洋经济发展的整体规划布局［4］； 微观上看，海洋产业相关研究从主要的海洋产业部 门深入到海洋产业的微观经济主体——企业、政府 及个人［5］。虽然海洋产业研究历经 30 多年，但相关 文献主要是在海洋经济地理和海洋经济的范畴下 去回顾中国海洋产业的研究进展［6-7］，缺乏从整个 海洋产业全局的角度对中国海洋产业研究进行科 学系统的梳理。因此，本文从海洋产业全局的视角 出发，对中国海洋产业的发展进程进行全面的回顾 和梳理，总结中国海洋产业研究的总体特征和重点 领域，并探讨海洋产业的新兴研究热点，从而推动 海洋产业相关研究的进一步深入。
我国海洋产业研究分为起步阶段（1983—1987 年）、 平 稳 增 长 阶 段（1988—2003 年）和 高 速 增 长 阶 段 （2004—2014 年）（图 1）。在起步阶段，海洋产业研 究的文献数量非常少，内容也比较分散。其中最早 的文章是国家海洋局吕克义 1983 年发表的题为 “海洋经济的迅速发展及其意义”［1］。
Abstract: Marine industry is the core in the research field of Marine economic geography. Domestic literature related marine industry have been increasing since the 21st century. The existing Chinese literatures on maritime industry mainly review the progress of marine industry from marine economy and marine economic geography category. Domestic literature related marine industry lack systematic research from a entire perspective. Scientific understanding and summary about achievements and process will promote the research of maritime industry. Based on map of CiteSpace knowledge and Excel data statistics for 31 years in China，this paper review and summarize the overall characteristics of the marine industry research. Look from the quantity of published papers，the research of marine industry is becoming a research focus. At the same time，the research teams of marine industry are growing，the research field is expanding and the research depth is increasing. The main research field of marine industry includes the structure of marine industries， the layout of marine industries，the marine industrial cluster，the competitiveness of Marine Industries，etc.The contribution of marine industry，marine industry security and the measurement of carbon emissions about marine industry are becoming new research hotspots. However，domestic marine industry research is not enough. Future research should perfect the theory system of marine industry, emphasize marine strategic emerging industries, and strengthen the reference and comparison of the foreign marine industry research. More research will focus on marine environment problems. Key words: marine industry; knowledge map of CiteSpace; study characteristics; prospect纪。2003—2010 年，中国 海洋产业生产总值平均增速达到 21.08%，连续多年 增长速度高于全国 GDP 增长速度。2013 年全国海 洋产业生产总值达到 54 313 亿元，占 GDP 的 9.5%， 中国的海洋产业已进入快速发展时期，海洋经济在 全球经济中的地位日益显著。

摘 要：海洋产业是海洋经济地理学研究的核心领域，进入 21 世纪以来国内研究成果日益增多，相关文献主要是在 海洋经济地理和海洋经济的范畴下去回顾中国海洋产业的研究进展，缺乏从整个海洋产业全局的角度对中国海洋 产业研究进行科学系统的梳理。科学认识和总结中国海洋产业研究取得的成就、发展过程和特点是推进学科发展 的前提。基于 CiteSpace 知识图谱和 Excel 数据统计对 31 年来我国海洋产业研究总体特征进行了梳理和总结。从论 文的发表数量上看，海洋产业相关研究逐步成为研究热点。同时，海洋产业的研究团队逐渐扩充，研究领域逐步扩 大，研究深度也日益加深。海洋产业的主要研究领域包括海洋产业结构、海洋产业布局、海洋产业集聚与集群、海洋 产业竞争力等方面，海洋产业贡献度、海洋产业安全、海洋产业碳排放测度等正成为新兴研究热点。但国内海洋产 业研究还存在不足，未来研究应进一步完善海洋产业理论体系，注重海洋战略性新兴产业研究，同时加强对国外海 洋产业研究的借鉴与比较，并将海洋环境问题作为研究重点。 关键词：海洋产业；CiteSpace 知识图谱；研究特点；展望 中图分类号：F062.9 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1000 - 8462（2016）01 - 0089 - 08 DOI：10.15957/ki.jjdl.2016.01.013
