学校代码：10410序号：050407本科毕业设计题目：单人多功能健身机学院：工学院姓名：辜建勇学号：20050407专业：机械设计制造及自动化年级：机制051指导教师：文建萍二OO九年五月摘要全民健身，利国利民，随着社会的发展人们开始越来越重视自己的身体健康，但在现在的中国由于生活水平层次不齐，所以并不是所以的人都能够消费得起天天到健身房进行健身锻炼的，所以设计一款适合广大人民的需要，同时在普遍情况下能够承受的单人或多人健身的健身机是具有广阔的市场空间的，但现在的市场上的健身器械虽大部分是单人式多功能的组合健身器械，但由于其不和市场的标价从而使得健身器械到现在为止依然不能进入普通人家，为此设计一款价廉，且功能符合需要，实用的健身器械是我设计的主题，其中要注意避免像市场上的单人健身器械的利用率低的问题，同时满足人们的需要，除此之外还要求外型美观，安全耐用，工作平稳，便于维护，制造加工方便，成本较低最为重要。
为此，我专门走访了许多的健身房和一些健身专柜进行实地考察，同时上网收集资料，了解广大健身教练和用户的感受，同时调查他们的需要，总结各方面的要求，设计了该款但人多功能健身机。
本作品具有以下特点：1：每个作品只能进行单人锻炼。
2：使用方便，使用方便能够满足用户顺利操作和锻炼调节。
3：安全性好，工作平稳，安全系数值取稍大。
4:锻炼功能组合合理，符合大众健身的需要。
5：制造加工方便，性价比高。
6：结构紧凑，拼装设计，便于包装，运输。
由于我在学校学习的基础知识水平有限，所以在设计中难免有许多的不足之处，恳请各位老师给与批评指正。

他们由于时间的原因，去健身房不大适合时间安排，而且他们也消费得起，同时由于中国人口众多，人均房屋面积底下，同时造成房价暴涨，现在的让人们普遍住在商品房里面，所以空间有限，所以我在设计的时候明确了自己设计的方向，要求作品结构紧凑，相对占地较小，安全性能高，能满足人们对多种肌肉的锻炼，一方面增加锻炼的多功能性，另一方面也让人们舒适锻炼，方便锻炼。
为此在功能上进行优化选择，将一些不常用的功能删除，器械的使用率，节约资源，以符合人们健身的需求。
我设计的是一项多功能的单人健身机，他虽然只提供单人健身锻炼但是他提供了多项功能，同时据我的调查，现在人们锻炼普遍锻炼的肌肉是，胸肌，肱二头肌，肱三头肌，以及腿大肌，我设计的单人多功能健身机可以提供一下三种锻炼：腿部锻炼，做手向前的锻炼，以及人站立手拉拉杆的锻炼。
