摘要: 作为条件必需氨基酸, 谷氨酰胺具有改善免疫功能、增强抵抗力、促 进蛋白质的合 成、保护 肠道功能等作用, 对调节细胞免疫功能和肠道免疫 功能有重 要作用。随着 临床研究 的深入, 发 现补 充谷氨酰胺可减少肿瘤患者和危重病患者并发症的发 生, 具有良 好的应用 前景, 但对 于其作用 机制 尚不甚明确, 需要更多深入的研究。

Abstract: A s a cond it iona lly essent ial am ino acid, the glutam ine can im prove th e imm un ity, reduce infection, promote protein syn th es is and protect th e G I tract. It can p lay an im portant role in regu lation of cell imm unity and G I tract imm un ity. M ore and m ore cl in ical study revealed that g lutam ine can reduce com pl icat ions in treatm ent of cancer patient and crit ical cases.
