上海市公园游园守则
根据《上海市公园管理条例》，游客应遵守以下规定：
一、自觉遵守公园开闭园时间。
售票公园凭门票或有关凭证入园。
1.2米以下儿童、精神疾病患者不得单独入园。
二、自觉遵守“七不”文明规范和公民道德规范。
不得随地便溺、乱招贴、涂写刻划、搬移折损园内设施设备。
不得赤膊和随意卧躺、洗晒衣物、拾荒行讨。
不得攀爬假山等设施。
不得在河池中嬉水、游泳。
不得擅自进行球类、放风筝等活动（除规定场所外）。
三、不得嬉弄、惊吓、捕捉鸟类、蟋蟀、鱼虾（经营项目除外）、蝉类等各种动物。
未经许可，不得携带各种动物入园。
不得随意破坏树木、花卉生长。
不得随意采摘、挖掘果实、种籽、泥土和捕捞水生植物等。
四、不得携带枪支弹药、易燃易爆物品以及其它危险物品进园。
不得进行燃放烟花爆竹、烧烤、宿营等活动（除规定场所外）。
五、游客游园时的自身行为不得影响他人游园。
任何团体活动必须服从公园有关管理部门的管理。
不得擅自进行聚众演讲、集会、募捐的活动，不准搞封建迷信、赌博、及法律、法规明令禁止的一切活动。
不得随意进行设滩、兜售、行医及散发广告宣传品等经营活动。
六、各种车辆未经许可不得进入园内（残疾人专用车除外），经许可进园的车辆必须慢速度缓行。

Shanghai public parks rules for visvitors
Pursuant to the regulations of shanghai municipality on administration of public parks visitors are advised to observe the following:
1.park are accessible to the public during the open hours;admission tickets or relevant identily documents, where desired are to be presented at entrance hilden below 1.2meters in hlight,mental patients are admitted only under custody;
2.Ethic and morel codes should be duly honored; visitors are expected not to urinate or shit,post ads or posters,and write or carve around in the park,nor to remove or harm amy facility or equipment in the park;exposing one stop,lying about,washing and airing clothes,scavenging or begging from others is unallowable;climbing artificial hills,or playing or swimming in the pond or lake is objectionable;ball games and kite-flying are impermissible(unless in a designate area);
3.Visitors are not supposed to tease,scate,or capture bird,cricket,fish and shrimp,or cicada(except those for commercial purposes); no animal is allowed to enter the park unless permitted;visitor should take good care of trees,flowers and plants,and should not tear at flowers or plants,dig up fruits or seeds,and collect soll or water-plants;
4.Firearms and ammunition,combustibtes and explosives,and any other hazardous items are strictly forbidden;firework-playing,barbecuing or camping is bamnned(unless in a designated area)in the park;
5.The visitor to the park should discipline himself instead of making himself a nuisance to others;amy froup activity in the park shall be subject to the administration of the relevant department of the park;public speech,public meeting or fund-raising of amy nature is inexpedient;actibities of feudalistic and superstitious nature,gambling and those banned under law are prohibited;activities of business nature,including setting up a vending stand peddling about,practicing medicineor distributing propaganda sheets ate not allowed;
6.No vehicli(except special vehicles for the disabled)shall be admilteed into the park;vehiclisallowed into the park should move around slowly.
