首先通过工况分析拟定液压系统原理图。

其次在初步计算的基础上,确定液压缸结构参数并计算分析选择液压系统供油方式、调速方式、速度换接方式等。

再次对流通各元件的流量的计算,合理选择液压元件。

最后通过对压力损失和系统升温的验算,以及对液压系统进行性能分析,从而达到课题的设计要求。

First through the analysis to develop hydraulic system principle diagram. In the second preliminary calculation basis, determine the hydraulic cylinder structure parameters and computational analysis of hydraulic system supply mode, speed, speed switching mode. Again on the circulation of the element flow calculation, a reasonable choice of hydraulic components.
