GLMDJC-1型电线电缆燃烧试验仪使用说明书武汉格莱莫检测设备有限公司警示1、操作人员使用本设备前应仔细阅读产品使用说明书,掌握易燃气体使用的安全知识,并做好相应安全防范措施;在确认没有燃气泄漏的情况下,方可进行本项试验。
2、若发现燃气泄漏,应立即停止试验,此时禁止点燃火源及开启电源开关,应打开试验设备及试验室的门窗,让燃气排到室外;在气体泄漏较少的情况下,可开启排风扇,加快排出易燃气体。
故障排除后,方可重新进行试验。
3、在开启气源前,应先将压力和流量调节阀门调至最小,然后打开贮气瓶总阀门,缓慢调节气体压力及流量至需要值4、若前后使用不同的气体,应选择相应的减压阀,并将原有残留在配气管里的气体排空,避免不同气体混合作用发生危险。
5、试验结束时,必须先关闭贮气瓶的阀门,让本生灯继续燃烧,待管内燃气燃烧完毕,再将其余的阀门关闭。
必须经常检查气体管道及连接口的密封性能,若管道老化,应及时更换,确保安全。
6、严禁接入与设备要求不符的其它任何气体一、概述DJC-1型电线电缆燃烧试验仪是武汉格莱莫检测设备有公司研发、生产的测试仪器,适用于测定单根塑料线、控制、交联、电梯、船用、矿用电缆等不延燃性能,还可做高自熄性低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃绝缘料和105℃低烟无卤阻燃烯烃辐照绝缘料的垂直燃烧试验。
该设备依据国标GBT18380.11-2008《电缆和光缆在火焰条件下的燃烧试验第11部分:单根绝缘电线电缆火焰垂直蔓延试验试验装置》、GBT 18380.12-2008《电缆和光缆在火焰条件下的燃烧试验第12部分:单根绝缘电线电缆火焰垂直蔓延试验1KW预混合型火焰试验方法》等相关单根电线电缆垂直燃烧试验方法而设计,等效采用IEC60332-1/2部分。
本试验设备采用高压点火器自动点火,造型讲究,耐烟气腐蚀。
关键元器件采用进口件,数显时间,试验程序自动控制,使用方便,稳定可靠。
二、技术参数1.工作室尺寸:W300xH1200xD450mm,外箱尺寸为W320xH1400xD600mm;1.燃气:95%丙烷气(一般情况可采用液化石油气代替)(用户自备);2.试验倾角:45°3.火焰燃烧时间及火焰熄灭时间0-999.9s±0.1s,可连续设定,自动记录,手动暂停4.燃烧喷灯标准功率:1KW;5.箱体材料:钢板静电喷涂;6.电源电压:220V/50Hz;三、工作原理:本设备提供一个有焰燃烧源,由控制电路对火焰施加和时间及操作程序进行控制。
四、板功能说明1.Ta——施加火焰的时间(可预设)2.T——火焰持续燃烧的时间3.电源开关——开启或关闭电源4.启动——按下后本生灯自动倾斜45°并向试样移动5.停止——按下后本生灯退回6.排风——按下排风扇启动,再按排风扇停止7.燃气——按下气路系统打开,再按气路系统关闭8.点火——点一下高压打火系统自动打火3次9.照明——按下照明灯打开,再按关闭10.保存——按一下跳出保存界面11.计时——按下T时间停止计时12.参数设置——可设置气路系统是否自动关闭,自动点火13.燃气流量——指示并调节燃气流量大小14.空气流量——指示并调节空气流量大小15.压力显示——显示空气压力值16.压力调节——调节空气压力五、试验步骤1.将煤气管与压缩空气管接到箱体后气体接入口(粗的为煤气,细的为压缩空气),检查气道接口,防止漏气(用普通液化气瓶供气)。
2.打开电源开关3.试验参数设置:根据试验标准设置施焰时间Ta(可直接点击数字进行设定),4.施焰时间选择(摘抄于GB/T18380.12)试样外径a/mm供火时间b/sD≤2560±225≤D≤50120±250≤D≤75240±2D>75480±2a对非圆形电缆(如扁形结构)进行试验,应测量电缆周长并换算成圆形圆形等效直径,如像电缆是圆形一样;b对长短之比大于17:1的扁电缆供火时间仍在考虑当中5.将试验样品固定在样品支架上(上下横梁上各有一个用螺丝固定不锈钢片,式样固定在横梁与不锈钢片中间,然后用螺丝压紧)。
6.按下燃气按键,接通压缩空气与燃气,拔出压力调节阀旋钮,向右旋增大空气压力,使空气压力调节到0.1MPa,然后旋大燃气流量计,并按点火键,点着本生灯。
7.通过调节燃气流量计和空气流量计,调节出符合要求的火焰。
8.火焰认可方法1或2(第2种方法需另外采购火焰校准装置)(1)蓝色火焰内锥高度50-60mm,外焰高度170-190mm(2)铜块直径9mm,z钻孔嵌入热电偶之前的重量为10g,嵌入0.5mm热电偶,测定铜块温度从100±2℃升到700±3℃三次平均时间为45±5S9.按启动键,本生灯会自动倾斜45°,并移动到式样位置。
10.施焰时间到达后,本生灯会自动退回到垂直位置。
11.本生灯退回后,续燃时间T会自动计时,式样继续燃烧的火焰熄灭时按下计时键,续燃时间T停止计时。
12.连续做6个试验,系统会自动跳出保存界面,没有做完6个试验可点保存按键进行数据保存。
13.试验结束,各元件复位,关闭气源,关闭电源14.试验结果评价所有的燃烧停止后,应擦净试样如果原来的表皮未损坏,则所有擦得掉的烟灰可忽略不计。
非金属材料的软化或任何变形也忽略不计。
测量上支架下缘与炭化部分上起始点之间的距离和上支架下缘与炭化部分下起始点之间的距离,精确到毫米。
炭化部分起始点测定方法:用锋利的物体(例如小刀的刀刃)按压电缆表面,如果弹性表面在某点变为脆性(粉化)表面,则表面该点即是炭化部分起始点。
六、注意事项1.煤气罐应有减压阀,主阀关启可靠。
2.燃烧试验时应有两人在场操作,一人负责样品试验的操作,另一个负责监督,试验前检查燃气管道路有否漏气,必要时打开气动小箱检查,如接头、气管是否密封,以免发生意外,试验中,负责监督的试验员最好靠近煤气罐主阀,发现不正常现象及时关闭主阀,查找原因,试验结束后一定要关紧主阀。
3.本试验标准要求开门试验。
试验结束后可关闭前门,开动风机排除烟气。
4.输入电源为AC220V±10%,应用有地线的三极插座,保证接地可靠。
5.电动控制时,一定要时间到达后由时间继电器控制燃烧器返回原位。
6.试验室应设有消防灭火器材。
定期检查燃气回路。
