1 目的
为规范粘度（斯托默粘度）的测定方法，特制定本作业指导书。

2 适用范围
本作业指导书适用于阿克苏诺贝尔装饰涂料（廊坊）有限公司所有斯托默粘度的测定。

3 检测依据
GB/T 9269－1988 建筑涂料粘度的测定 斯托默粘度计法 4 检测方法
4.1 将涂料充分搅匀移入500毫升漆罐中,使涂料液面离盖约19毫米。

4.2 调节涂料和粘度计的温度至待测样要求温度。

4.3 按下升降杆，将转子浸入涂料中,使液面刚好达到转子轴的标记处。

4.4 按“Read ”键，待读数稳定后，即为待测样品的粘度。

4.5 重复测定三次，取平均值即为检测结果 5 相关文件和记录
