X热电厂薪酬管理体系问题及对策研究
摘要
薪酬是联系职工与企业之间的纽带,薪酬管理也是企业人力资源管理中的重要构成部分。
在国家去产能、加快供给侧结构改革的发展政策下,发电企业被推到了风口浪尖求生存成了企业发展的主旋律。
企业的薪酬管理体系是否合理,除了关系到企业人才的引进和人员的稳定与否,还关系到企业能否持久生存和发展.科学合理的薪酬激励管理机制,既可激发职工的工作积极性,又能促进职工更好的为企业服务,促进企业达成目标。
所以,积极有效的薪酬管理体系才能符合企业的发展要求,提高企业核心竞争力的有效途径。
本文在经过实地调研,取得一手资料后,对X热电厂的薪酬管理存在的问题做分析和探讨,对相应的解决措施提出自己的看法,期望对企业的发展有所帮助。

Abstract
Compensation can be said that compensation is the link between workers and enterprises, compensation management is also an important part of human resource management.
